Negative experience: 경우가 정말 없었다. 본인들이 2주 안에 시험 잡아준다고 해서 시험 appointment를 안잡은게 내 실수. 약속된 2주가 지나도 연락이 없어서 문자를 드리니 그제서야 알아보고 있더군. 더군다나 시험 보기전에 언제 연습할지 물어보면 답이 3일은 없다. 그래서 또 내가 전화를 드리면 기다리라고 아직 학교 스케줄이 안나왔다는 이상한 소리만 늘어 놓는다. 일단 내 스케줄이 아닌 본인들 스케줄에 맞추는게 좀 그랬다. 어쨌든 나는 시험 보기전 코스를 다 알고 계시는 선생님과 연습을 해야 하니 알겠다고 하고 선생님 편한 시간에 맞춰드렸다. 그리고 드디어 약속된 날에 운전연습을 해야 되는데 10분 20분이 지나도 안 오신다. 전화를 해보니 ㅋㅋㅋ 나한테 화를 내신다. 무슨 이상한 소리를 또 늘어 놓는데 알고보니 내 전에 학생이 연락이 안되서 허탕을 치신 모양이다. 그런데 사람을 착각했으면 미안하다고 먼저 사과하고 또 약속된 시간에 안 오고 연락도 미리 안 줬으면 사과를 해도 모자를 판인데 다음 날 연습하자는 말만 하신다. 싫다고 하니 다른 선생님을 보내신다고 하신다. 그리고 뒤늦게 사과 메시지가 왔지만 이미 한참 늦었다. 여기에 자녀를 맡기는 건 추천하고 싶지 않다. 서비스가 일단 정말 좋지 않다. Do you guys see that I wrote this much in Korean. That means something. I didn't have a great time with this place, so I hope they get improved.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time and money. I don't get it why this driving school is overrated. A few month ago, my friend introduced me an instructor from Smile Driving School. I understand he came all the way from LA to country side. However, He was late and didn't say sorry. He didn't even give me 3 hours lesson we promised and took fee of 3 hours. Main Problem was he yelled at me because I asked some questions I want to know. He literally screamed at me. He told me I asked a stupid question. I was just a beginner of driving. so, I took another driving school lessons and I've got driving liscense. If I'm your guys' friend, I will never recommend this driving school.

Negative experience: God awful service. Youre basically paying to be shouted and scorned at the whole time, and specifics regarding payments and time calculation for that purpose are not given in advance. They only take cash, so I had to give the instructor all the cash I had and get out of the car without being driven back a 15m distance. Couldnt even bother with such a simple act of courtesy. Cant believe I wasted that much money on this place! Please dont take yourself through what I experienced, for your own sake.
