Negative experience: Broke rear defroster while doing back window on one car a few years back and decided I'd try him again and now bubbles and wrinkles all through out another car and bug guard not installed right will never go back and highly disappointed in his communication skills what a disappointment not to mention he scheduled my appointment on a Saturday only to say and I qote I was kind of in a hurry you know how it is when you have somewhere else you rather be...I mean hello why would you tell me that should have never scheduled appointment on a Saturday if he had somewhere else to be
