Negative experience: This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with any instructor. Mike created an aggressive, high-stress environment where I was spoken to with zero respect. Yelling, belittling, insulting, and blaming were constant—teaching was not. When I brought up how uncomfortable and unsafe I felt, he responded with insults and even used a private family matter against me to justify his behavior. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value safety, respect, or basic professionalism, I’d stay far away from Micheal Driscoll.
Fantastic experience: amazing experience. The instructors are great, Mike was very informative and helpful, he tools things slow but also made sure you know what was going on. The communication was very clear aswell, the whole process went very smoothly. I passed the road test no problem. I would recommend this driving school to anyone who wants to pass their road test. -Landon Stewart

Fantastic experience: Very good experience, answered all my phone calls, communication was clear, and classes was very patient and i was able to take the time i needed to understand what i was learning, instructor made the class fun and inviting! Loved all the videos

Negative experience: My name is Dylan I called twice, both times they told me to email them so I did. Neither of my emails got a response. Not sure if they're just lazy or what, would highly recommend cranberry country instead of this place.

Negative experience: Very "POOR" communication. Doesn't respond to emails and felt a bit of attitude from owner! I appreciated her helping my son with an instructor to see how my son would do and never got confirmations on emails and no feedback. Paid CASH and my mother had to FORCE her to give a receipt! Which i felt a little leary about. During my first call with the owner something felt off!!! I didn't feel comfortable at all with this place! Sad! If you can go someplace else i would! Sorry I wasted my time!! Very unprofessional! Seemed all it was was a quick $200 cash deal for the instructor. A lot of other places around!! This is "NOT" a fake review! She knows exactly who i am!

OK, now I know. I did not recall you because the name you are using here is not the same as the one on the many emails that I responded to. First let me say we also communicated by phone. You called me asking me for help with your 24 yr old son. He could not get his permit so you were asking our school for help. As I told you this is not something we normally do. You wanted to put him in a class with 16 &17 yr olds. I said no, I was not comfortable with that. I offered a private 2 hour class. Cash only as I do not know you and I do not accept checks or credit cards from people I am uncomfortable with. My instructor gave your mother a run down of the class. I did not respond to your several emails because I do not work after 5 pm. I did see you emails (some at 12:00) this morning before I saw this review. I responded to them. I do have other things to do.
When emails arrive after business hours they do not always get an immediate response.
I think when someone sends emails at 12:00 AM on Saturday and is up giving a review @ 1:00 AM of the business who didn't answer the email, it says more about them than the business.
As you said there are plenty of other schools, feel free to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about how Bradburys Driving School steered my student driver through driver education classes, driver skill development, 30 hours of supervised driving and a chaperoned RMV road test in a Bradburys vehicle (this while other schools in the area are still struggling post-Covid or have staffing issues). Driver education and licensing in Massachusetts is a complicated, months-long process but we felt the Bradburys staff were with us every step of the way. The owner was always responsive via email (the prefered method of communication with so many students) and the staff and instructors were superb with young people. Given the times, we feel fortunate to have landed such a great resource for our student driver.

Negative experience: I just recently gave them a call to figure out simple information. Person didn’t even say hi or to confirm it was the driving school. After I ask couple simple questions of pricing and what would be good for planning days the person went quiet again. Then asked if I was interested in a course. I said not right now I was just wanting to know that information first, person then started laughing over the phone then hung up. Glad I didn’t end up working with them. If you can’t be mature and kind on the phone I don’t want driving lessons from that place.
Our school is very busy, often doing 2 things at once. Like answering the phone while answering emails. Sorry you feel that the person laughed at you but very likely it was not that. We get many compliments on the fact that we answer our phone and give info over the phone and answers questions. Many schools do not, it is a common practice for other schools to call for information to compete with us. Sorry again, it would be helpful if you give your name when you call.
Negative experience: Poor communication, answered phone promptly and told classes available for June and July, however, asked to communicate through email and then owner would not respond to emails. Called again and told no availability for 6 months, and denied talking to me. I would absolutely not send my child to her even if free.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to get my daughter into Bradbury's. The classes were very thorough and the driving instructors were wonderful - pleasant and very patient! They scheduled my daughter's driving hours to work with her schedule. They picked her up at school and after the session, she was dropped off at work. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated and she was educated! I would give 10 stars if that were possible!

Negative experience: Unreliable, inconsistent and unprofessional. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. We have been corresponding since early Nov. and my daughter only had 1 lesson in mid January.. After numerous cancellations (on her part), no shows, and promises of staring the lessons the following day/week with no follow through. Don't waste your time with this company!
I actually set up 3 lessons with this student, she was unprepared for the first one(no permit). I drove her home from the school anyway. 2nd lesson was fine and she handed me a check for payment. I did not notice the check was not signed. 3rd lesson I showed up student said she didn't see me and boarded her bus home. Check was unsigned so I never received a dime for my time. When I questioned payment for my time I was told "to bad for you". Thank you
Fantastic experience: By far one of the best expierences I have had as a kid. This school taught me so much about driving and truly set me up for my road test. Staff is exceptional and deserve everything good. 5 stars is an understatement for this driving school.

I am sorry I had to stop services until a payment was received. This students lessons were almost complete and promise of payment got tiring so I had to stop service until I was paid. Parent got very angry over it. Sorry
