Negative experience: Stay away! I called to get information about their services and had the worst experience with just being able to get basic questions answered about their service and availability. The person answering the phone had no idea how the GDEC grant scholarship worked, insisted on giving me information that I already knew instead of answering my questions and was rude and unpleasant. I would NEVER do business with them and would recommend against anyone doing business with them.

Fantastic experience: If you must spend your Saturday in a 6-hour driver improvement class, I highly recommend Bob at Nathan's Driving School. As our instructor, he not only taught the material, but shared much wisdom from his 16 years' in the business. He has a very engaging and interactive style, making the time pass quickly.

Negative experience: I was scheduled to take a class here on 9/16. From 9-4. I have been here since 8:30am and it's is now 10:09 and no teacher has even showed. There were 5 of us and all of them have now left. The office is closed and their number is going directly to voicemail. I have purchased my ticket and will DEFINITELY be expecting a refund. Terrible service and communication.

The class was canceled and the student was offered a full refund, a letter was written for the student and the student also chose register for again and attend the class at a later date (after changing dates as well). The situation was taken care of immediately the same day and we have records of all communication. The students family member above was also given the class for free and elected to take it (at her convenience and she changed dates as well) and both the student and the family member were pleased and happy. They said they would edit these replies but they never did which is disappointing as we went out of our way to do whatever we could to support them as we do all of our clients.
