Driving Schools of Ohio: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Easy to schedule, very responsive, and good feedback from Diane.
Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting experience. One driving instructor even falls asleep in on the job and will smack your hand when you have done something wrong. Not one good thing to say.
Negative experience: Would never recommend only times available for in cars are during SCHOOL hours my child has had to miss school. Very poor communication from school to parents! When information was not communicated well to me the parent, the instructor had the nerve to become argumentative with me and play the i only show up when im suppose to i know nothing routine. We had covid and were very sick and because we missed a drive due to being very ill we were charged 40 dollars! They do not pick up your child for the test drive so not only has my child had to miss school I have to leave and miss work to take him there! Highly disappointed in the company! Paid over 400$ plus not to mention the money I lost by having to take off work. Do not recommend this driving school! What a shame and disappointment.
Fantastic experience: Both my sons took classes here and had a great experience.
Negative experience: Total train wreck. Rude teacher. No one EVER answers the phone, if you have to call to say you are running late, then cancel your session and CHARGE you to reschedule. Got some very weird instruction as well. Had to do some retracting. Instructor told my son to never stop twice at a stop sign, even if you can’t see around a corner.
Negative experience: terrible
Negative experience: They dont answer their phones
Fantastic experience: They are very caring. Was great at making sure my kids knew maneuverability. They went above and beyond.
Fantastic experience: My daughter had great instructors and enjoyed her class room classes. Very nice and had great communications and always had return calls same day or next day. 3 months later we enrolled my step-son and he really loved his class room and the instructors. They make it fun and teach the students what they need to know at the same time. Having the pick up option at home and return to home is super great for working parents and weekend and evening drives were great as well. Highly recommended.
Negative experience: Terrible experience. I was told one thing by "Tom," and another by "Lisa" on who to turn paperwork in to, which postponed the start of in-car. Then was told my son was scheduled for 2 driving days via voicemail from "Lisa", but then never was scheduled. Then at the end of the in-car lessons, my son did not receive his certificate of completion. We were told after the fact, that is wasn't their policy. We were never told what the "policy" was. I left a message with them the night before the final drive for someone to return my call about the certificate, but no one did. I had to call again the following day, after his drive, to find out this information. The communication between us and this company was ridiculous. Now my son has to wait, yet again, to get his license, as it apparantly takes days for this school to release his certificate. My eldest son went to Myers, and received his certificate at the end of his last drive.
