Dynamic Driver's Ed

Fantastic experience: My son is currently enrolled and I highly recommend Dynamic Driver's Ed. Jenny and the other instructors are wonderful! She takes pride in making sure the students are prepared for the road while also providing a comfortable learning environment. Even with a full schedule, Dynamic Driver's Ed prioritizes each student individually, making sure they are road test ready when they complete their training. **Please note that despite what is mentioned in another review, the dynamic drivers ed website DOES NOT state anywhere that a road test is included in the course. It simply says that once you have completed and passed your driver's ed behind the wheel training and held a permit for 180 days, you can schedule a road test. There is no place that mentions this is included with the online course & behind the wheel training.

Negative experience: We enrolled our child in Dynamic Driver’s Ed after reading their enrollment page, which is clearly titled “Online, Behind-the-Wheel, & Road Test Enrollment.” The step-by-step instructions even state that once behind-the-wheel training is completed and you’ve held your permit 180 days, you will then schedule your road test. It also explains that once you pass the road test, you’ll receive a waiver to take to the BMV to get your license, which is exactly how third-party testing works. Nowhere on the site does it say the road test is optional or an extra charge. There is no separate payment section for the road test. This gave us the reasonable impression that the road test was included in the package price. Unfortunately, after completing the other parts, we were told the instructor is now “too busy” to provide the road test and that it wasn’t actually part of what we paid for. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading based on the wording of their own website. I'd also check my students account for a clearer receipt on what you paid for as I just did this and it shows I paid for a drive test in the $475 fee. Screenshot is attached.

Negative experience: I have called twice to sign my son up for behind the wheel instruction. Left all of my information both times and was told that the instructor would call me and I never heard from anyone after. Moving on to the next drivers ed.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Jen as she trained my daughter to drive. Thanks to her excellent teaching methods, my daughter passed her driving test with flying colors! Jen truly went above and beyond, combining a personable yet stern approach that made the learning process both effective and enjoyable. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of driving instruction.

Fantastic experience: A FIVE STAR, over the top, raving review for Ms. Jenny at Dynamic Drivers ED is what I extend to everyone reading this now! Ms. Jenny's driving lessons are unmatched. She enjoys what she does and it shows. She's fun (and easy) to learn from and her encouragement and points of advice are priceless. The drop off and pick up service is so convenient. She makes the transition from nervous non- driver to confident driver (owning the road) seamless. With each lesson your confidence snowballs! RUN (don't walk) to Dynamic Drivers Ed and Ms. Jenny (and her team) will have you confidently owning the road in no time!

Fantastic experience: Jen is a wonderful instructor! At 27 years old, I was starting to feel like I may never get my Drivers license. Jen worked with me to personalize a plan that worked for me and helped me get over the final hurdle and obtain my license! So grateful for her.

Fantastic experience: I'm 37 years old! I earned my learner's permit multiple times! Unfortunately after not receiving any help from family or friends I called Dynamic Driver's Ed! What can I say? Dynamic fits the service so well! I gained confidence on the road! My instructor taught me so many rules of the road and wanted me to have my license more than me! I would recommend this program to teens, adults and in between! You WON'T be disappointed! P.S. Did I mention, I got my Driver's License! What are you waiting for? Hurry book your time! She fills up fast!
