Cops Driving Academy For Teens

Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience while using Cops Driving Academy. My son was in school and also playing multiple sports so our schedule was very limited. The owner Shawn and his instructor Diane were very accommodating with my son’s busy schedule and worked with him to get his driving completed in a timely manner. My son is definitely a much more confident driver after completing their training. I highly recommend Cops Driving Academy to any parent looking to get your teen prepared for the road. -Mike Burns

Fantastic experience: I had a bit of a rough start at first, but Mary helped me gain a lot more confidence in my driving. She helped me gain a lot more understanding of the road, and how to be aware and a better driver. I appreciate her patience with me, and I'm glad I had her as my instructor!

Fantastic experience: My daughter finished her driving courses yesterday with George. The first day he picked her up he got out of his car and introduced himself which made me feel much better sending her off. My nerves are shot riding with teenagers on the freeway so she had no experience there but has been driving everyday with me for the last 6 months. I have life 360 and checked on her a few times and she got great highway miles and got time in different areas with different traffic patterns. I rode with her for a few hours after her last class ended and she is so much more confident and did great on the freeway! I really appreciate George and his patience and very happy we choose COPS!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter attended in person classes. She learned so much and came home with helpful information. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Her driving instructor was amazing with her. She felt safe and learned so much. We highly recommend this driving school to all the future drivers out there.

Negative experience: They have different rates for teen drivers and adult drivers they are very relaxed in wanting to help an adult driver obtain tadul their license.t

Fantastic experience: We have 4 kids, and they have all gone to this driving school. The instructors as well as the owners truly care about the kids safety, and education. I never thought they'd get my daughter Janice to focus. My god i thought we'd have to pay them double, but she is the best driver in the family. Thank you COPS for being there to train our kids to be cautious, safe drivers. Thank you for doing what you do. If you want the best driving school around, you want COPS!

Fantastic experience: I learned so much in the time I spent with driving instructor. Pleasant, gave me time to relax. Great conversation... I would HIGHLY recommend Cops. Oh and I'm 47 so they work Great with STUBBORN ADULTS

Positive experience: No one is ever there unless a class is in session which makes it hard to pay them. I had to email them because they never scheduled his driving sessions. I finally get a date set last week, they just called and canceled because it is supposed to rain. Its Thursday. They are saying they won't be able to do it until next tues or Wed because it's supposed to rain. Its Ohio. It rains or snows. Those are our options. I'm paying $350 for my child to learn how to drive. A little rain shouldn't stop him from being able to go. No alternative schedule is given at this time. Very disappointed. Response to owner: I don't make things up and I have nothing to gain by being dishonest in my review. I was told that it was being cancelled due to rain by my son's instructor who was named Randy. Do us both a favor and look up my son's record at your facility. Rayne Johnson. Look at his begin date and his completion date and tell me there isn't something wrong. I did in fact call you and leave you a message about how much time had passed between classroom completion and the beginning of driving instruction. Please, look at his record. Look at the certificate that was issued. It stated that he needs more practice before taking his test. Why issue a course completion certificate with an asterisk!? I have news. My son still had no license. Couldn't even pass the test in a mini cooper! A waste of my money. My daughter now needs drivers education courses. Guess where im not taking her. I actually would have considered it if you had contacted me rather than attempted to defend your Google rating. And after her, I have 3more that will need instruction! Im disappointed that this is the avenue you chose to communicate with me. Im disappointed that when I did call and leave a message, I was never contacted back. I notified your office when I signed him up that he was having a hard time behind the wheel. Not one time was it mentioned that he wasn't ready for his test. Only an asterisk written on his completion certificate. That's not how it was done when I went to driver's school. And I paid a lot less. I honestly think I should have given one less star based on your response to my initial rating!
