Negative experience: I took a 2 hour class. The instructor did not do fully 2 hour class. First he went to drop another student and then did not even finish 2 hours. The instructor was not patient and not guiding properly. He does not answer the questions properly as well. I would not recommend

Negative experience: Due to a scheduling conflict, the communication between the assistant, customer, and driver was super unclear. Today, the test driver came to my home when I clearly told the assistant that I wanted to reschedule the lesson to Monday. The assistant is not very clear with the instructions and messed up the whole entire communication service between the driver instructor and student. For next time, before blaming the customer who called two days before to reschedule, maybe check in with your assistants. All the best~

Negative experience: Honestly horrible. Rudest person answered the phone also hung up on me and when I called back I asked if there was someone else I could talk to he said call tomorrow that’s when I’m not working. Hanging up the phone crying is not how someone should be after trying to just get help after calling over 20 places. I guess I’ll try tomorrow when he is not there given that’s the only option I have in my circumstances. It’s a shame when someone works in a job like that and treats people so nasty who just need some help or have more than one question for him.

Negative experience: My daughter had a lesson today and a terrible, unsafe experience. The lady was rude to her, did not give her instructions and got irritated at her for asking questions and at one point grabbed the wheel while she was driving. I am going to try and get a refund of the money I have already paid and will not be going forward with this company. I believe the reviews giving 5 stars are fake.

Fantastic experience: I had schedule 2 hour driving lessons for 3 days with Wendy driving on some of the busiest congested streets of Concord and past my test. Definitely worth it! Thanx Wendy!

Negative experience: I had my first driving class with this Lady instructor Wendy. She was very rude, unprofessional( eating in the car while teaching me). She got easily irritated when I was asking her couple of questions regarding driving. Absolutely waste of time and money!

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a driving school for my son and had a great experience with this driving school, starting with Jonathan over the phone, accommodating a difficult schedule with lessons scheduled in the weekends, Saturday’s and even Sundays; pricing plans that are a lot more affordable than other driving schools in the area; the ability to rent the car my son was taking lessons on (Toyota Corolla) for the driving test, which is not possible with two other schools I contacted (those other schools claimed their cars got damaged during road tests). The driving instructor Jonathan assigned to my son was Wendy, whom was excellent, informative, helpful and patient. I attached photos of her and the car my son was taking lessons with. She was able to prepare my son to pass his first attempt at the road test in less than 10 hours (they offer 2-hr lessons). That was an amazing thing. We warmly recommend Easy and Affordable Driving School. Ask for Wendy ;-)
