Drive With Pride Driving School

Negative experience: I used this driving school with one child, when I called last year for my youngest I was told we would be waitlisted. I called back months later I was told that someone else would call due to not servicing my area, again no response. I made final call 8 months later, customer service was rude and now told it would be another 3 1/2 months. Will not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I first contacted this company in September 22 and their schedule was full; however, LInda stated to call her at the end of September if I couldn't get my daughter into another driving school. (I had already scheduled my daughter's driving test with the BMV mid October). Unfortunately due to a sports injury we had to postpone her driver's training and BMV test. I reached out to Linda again end of November and she was able to get my daughter scheduled during her Christmas break. The other thing I appreciated was she did not require payment until the 1st lesson; most driving schools expect you to pay upfront and schedule you months away. At which point, you are locked in. Additionally, I found their pricing to be cheaper than other places I contacted. My daughter found the sessions to be informative and enjoyed her time with Linda. I would highly recommend their service. Thank you Linda for providing excellent customer service which is something very rare these days.

Fantastic experience: Trying to navigate the process for obtaining an Ohio’s first time driver’s license post Covid is beyond absurd. Linda was super informative. Just be sure to get on ‘the list’ ASAP.

Negative experience: 1st called in October of 2021 they stated it would be December. Called back in Jan 2022 and they stated in would be probably March. Never heard from them. Called back in May and they acted like we had never called them and said if our kid was home schooled we could get right in. They said they put him on the list and would contact us in June. Never called us. I just called and again they acted like he was not on the list and they had to check because the always write this down. What a joke! Hopefully other have had a better experience with them. 6.22.2022 Update- my wife talked to the owner and my son is set up. She was very helpful and apologized. I did have some facts wrong but it seems like our experience is probably not the norm with this business.

Negative experience: If I could give this less than 1 star, I would! I understand that most driving schools are still feeling the pressure of CoVid closures, however this place is a disaster. I first called last October 2021 and gave my sons information to them. I was quoted a time frame of the following March-April before they would have availability. We were fine with that because he had school obligations and the holidays. I called at the end of April and asked for an update and the same woman I gave all the original information too acted oblivious that I had even initially called. I explained it was fine but school was going to be out soon and I needed to get him through a driving school so he could get his license (keep in mind he’s already had to renew his temps once). They offered no time frame and said they would be in touch. A few weeks later I received a text asking if he was ready, did he complete all his online hours, when did I first call, what was his name again? I responded to the same questions multiple times. Now we’re in June and I called again, same woman answers the phone, ask for an update on driving time. When did you call first? What’s his name?……….I’m done! Don’t waste your time because they are clearly just extremely disorganized. Thank goodness I didn’t pay them any money!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just completed my Adult remidal driving class today. And let me tell ya. Mike the owner taught the class and was the nicest and most informative teacher I've ever met. He is honest and caring. He made the class enjoyable and all around made it a great experience. And one of his employees sat in the class with him her name was leslie and she was so nice. She just lost her son 9 months ago to a motorcycle accident and the fact that she still does her line of work to educate and hopefully prevent a situation like that well is so brave and heart warming. Leslie and Mike truly care about the well being of the drivers they educate. And they taught me a lot of things I didnt know was law.They both are great teachers and I will refer them to anyone for adults or teens. Seriously anyone reading this looking for a driving school well look no more these are the people you want. The johnny cochrans of driving schools. When my kids are old enough to drive i will be sending them there. Thank you Mike and leslie for the wonderful experience. You guys were the best.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. They were very nice on the phone to a first time 16 year old driver. Giving me the run down of what I needed to do and were patience with me as well as my son. So accommodating and professional. Thank you again. Now fingers crossed he passes the 1st time.

Negative experience: The only do weeknight classes and their website doesn't work

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the GREAT people here. I like to think I raised a polite and responsible young man and they treated him and I with the same respect and dignity. We did the class portion online but we're very satisfied with the in-car instruction and the whole process in general. For pricing and scheduling to actual services, Drive With Pride can't be beat!

Fantastic experience: it was great i loved the instructors but the classes were kinda boring but it is school so what do you expect i recommend this to anyone looking for a good easy class ....ill miss you Craig you were the best
