Negative experience: I would not treat my worst enemy as bad as the owner treats her own child.

Negative experience: DONT TAKE THESE DRVING CLASSES I’m giving them a 1 because unfortunately there not a 0 option i am a student who just finally finished the driving instructors are horrible except for one women all of the rest we so rude and would call you dumb or ask what’s wrong with you so rudely, they’re money hungry business as soon as your in they start asking for your check or cash is ridiculous then on top of that the classes are super tight and not much room to move around in really bad and horrible experience here just take your child else where

Fantastic experience: Best driving school around. Not to mention the most affordable. Laurie is an amazing teacher. She shares personal stories that make the classroom hours fly by. And don’t get me started on Mama Lynn. She is the absolute best! She is so calm in the car with her stories and giving direction, which helps with the nerves of driving. I can’t say thank you enough to her! It’s one big family at MV Auto! Thank you Laurie, Mama, and Maryann!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place to come. I’m still learning and the teachers are so nice so kind and treat you as if you were their own children. Very recommend because they take safety seriously and car handiling seriously as well

Negative experience: I'm giving them one star because I cannot give them 0 Stars. This is the worst driving school I have ever seen. all the employees are so unprofessional I've never seen a place of business that every single employee is unprofessional from the person in the office to the driving and structures are horrible. This is just a money-hungry place of business if you can call it business. The first thing they asked you as you're walking in the door is do you have your checkbook. All they're worried about is collecting their money they can care less if any of the students know their maneuvers or know how to drive they don't even teach the students how to drive. I don't understand how this Auto school if you can call it an auto school is still in business the instructors yell at the students especially if they're under 18 and if they feel that the student is not driving properly they grab the wheel how are you going to grab the wheel of somebody that is driving that can cause an accident. I am honestly surprised that this school is still in business they are also Liars as they will make up stories of your child almost crashing according to them also if you do not pay the fee for a practice class before you take your driving test you will fail the test. if you were thinking of a driving school for your child do not choose MV Auto School please read all the reviews before you choose a driving school for your child because this school has no good reviews

Negative experience: I didn't even take this school, but today I was picking my friend up at Whittier tech and there was a woman instructor I pulled up next to and she had a young girl as her student and she was being rude to her calling her dumb because she had done so many things wrong as the instructor said and this poor girl was getting screamed at by this woman. I find that if you can't hold your temper over someone adjusting the drivers seat you shouldn't teach. Then while I waited the busses were leaving and she was screaming at the poor girl to inch out so she could see and that was fine until she kept screaming at this poor girl to go behind each bus and clearly I couldn't have got out between each individual bus like stop yelling at her and just wait until the busses pas and she was telling her she has no time to wait she has more students to teach like I sat there thinking I got lucky not going there for drivers ed. I also took the license plate down and think this is just horrible to do to a poor 16 year old. Like high school is bad enough let alone making that huge jump to driving on the road like I felt bad for that girl. I was behind them for about 2 miles and all I could see was the instructor was pointing and flailing her arms in anger like I wouldn't want anyone to feel how that poor girl felt and the car was a red toyota corolla with license plate #s P73548.

Fantastic experience: Great all-around. My son had a tight time-frame to get the riding lessons and they made it happen. They got him ready for the road test. I will recommend this school to anyone I know.

Negative experience: the lady instructor there is one of the worst instructor I have ever seen. she doesnt get the for new people who never driven a car before, they need support and encouragememt not yellin and screaming the way she does with new people. She is rude, loud and intimidating to new people.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. I didn't learn anything plus they still owed me hours since march 2016. I would suggest some place else.

Negative experience: The classroom part was fine, except for the fact that they "misfiled" my parent class paperwork and tried saying I didn't take the parent class, then the not so pleasant woman said it was because they wrote down that my child went to a different school (even though I wrote down the school they go to).The driving part was what bothered me so much... To start, on what would have been my child's 3rd lesson, they were sent back home minutes later. The male instructor felt as though my nervous teenager had taken something and kept asking if they took something, are they on something.. What an awful start to driving lessons!! So I got that straightened out with Lynn who knew I was pretty insulted and upset yet she busted out laughing during this serious conversation. Once I told her my child was fine and I was home with them all day, she then seemed to believe the fact that my kid was nervous not high! More than half of the driving lessons were rescheduled due to someone messing up the scheduling, pretty unorganized and inconvenient. One of the times my child almost missed the bus from school since the driving school was supposed to get them at school and cancelled last minute. I was lucky enough to get a hold of my teen to say take the bus. Another time a different lady left a message saying they needed to cancel for the next driving lesson and change it to this day and this time. I called back and left a message saying that that day and time doesn't work for us so please give me a call back. I also left my name and my child's name. When the lady called me back she was not very nice. She got really snippy and said isn't your child 18 and needs their license asap? I said no they are 16 and can't even get their license yet. She then changed her tune and said oh sorry I mixed them up with someone else (even though I left my child's name in the message). This rescheduling issue happened often, where they would leave a message, usually last minute saying the lesson is being changed from tomorrow to Friday at 4 (for example). Well, obviously when we set up an appointment, it was for a time that worked. How bout if we aren't available Friday at 4? Its their fault for double booking constantly or not realizing that slot isn't available not ours, they can't expect students to be available at anytime they pick for rescheduling. Overall this was an awful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Driving school is super expensive. I'd suggest finding some place else!

Fantastic experience: As an adult, I needed to get my drivers license, tried another driving school in Haverhill, and had a bad experience. Then I went to MV, met Lyn and Erik, my instructors for 7 hours, very patient and knowledgeable of the rules and good skills a new driver, such as myself, should know when driving in this area of the country. With their help I was able to pass my driving exam on my first try, and even learned how to parallel park easily and drive in snow. My experience with Lyn and Erik was great and I would definitely recommend this school to others.
