Negative experience: We enrolled our daughter in this driving school based on a referral from a trusted family member. He had been dissatisfied with the services he received and warned us that Carmen frequently rescheduled lessons. Despite the warning, we chose her services, hoping for a more reliable experience. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Carmen repeatedly rescheduled my daughter’s lessons, often with very little notice, making it difficult to maintain consistent progress. After multiple cancellations, I asked when my daughter would be put back on the schedule. She explained that she had new drivers scheduled and could only add my daughter if a slot opened. I advocated for an expedited appointment, since she had been the one to cancel. In response, Carmen sent pictures of herself in the hospital emergency room from the previous year. These images were entirely unrelated to the situation and left us very uncomfortable, highlighting a serious lapse in professionalism. Carmen later said she could not make things right because she believed I was judging her based on my family member’s experience. This was not true. I chose her services because she assured me that prior cancellations were due to resolved health issues. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but our experience showed no improvement, and the same problems continued. Scheduling the final lesson made the situation even worse. The process was rigid and uncooperative, and we eventually had no choice but to discontinue lessons. When I requested a refund, I received less than what was owed. Part of the refund was withheld for printing materials that were already included in the prepaid package. After everything we experienced, we cannot recommend this driving school due to Carmen’s repeated cancellations, lack of professionalism, and poor communication. ( I had to check one star review in order to post review, but feel zero starts is more reflective of the experience).

Fantastic experience: I took my last lesson with Carmen today and she was the best! She fully went through all the steps, procedures, requirements as well as have patience with me. Carmen is the instructor to have if you want a safe, informative, kind, patient with a great environment. I was able to learn so much in very little time with not much experience with my three lessons like practicing right/left turns safely and correctly, stopping smoothly while behind the limit line, following safety road regulations, and much more. If you want the best behind the wheel driving lessons with a great instructor Elite Driving School with Carmen is the best choice!

Fantastic experience: If there is ever the need to take driving lessons than this is the place. Carmen is such a patient and kind individual and will teach you everything you need to know. She gives out amazing advice and will answer any of your questions with crystal clear answers! I was glad and fortunate to take her classes because with her help and guidance I was able to pass the driver's test in one try! Before her classes I was still a bit nervous about proper driving conduct but once I took some classes with Carmen I was already more confident. I highly recommend these classes before taking the test. I guarantee that these classes will serve to help anyone who wants to get better!

Fantastic experience: Honestly a very patient, understanding, and compassionate instructor. I have learned so much in such little time and I couldn't have asked for a better person to learn from. From practicing left and right turns to taking you to the highway and freeway, there's a lot of firsts and a lot to learn with her. She's very honest and corrects you immediately when making a mistake and won't fail to let you know what you did wrong and how to fix it. After a couple of lessons although I of course am not license ready, I feel a lot more confident on the road than I ever did before I started her lessons. I recommend everyone learn from Carmen's lessons, they're absolutely more than worth it and definitely something you won't regret :)

Fantastic experience: I love carmen! She is a very patient instructor. Her teaching style is very easy and efficient. I would 100% percent recommend her if you want someone willing to teach you as many times until you perfect your skills.

Fantastic experience: If you have the opportunity to learn to drive from Carmen I highly recommend you do. She is such a caring, patient, and honest individual and an amazing teacher. When I was learning to drive she took me to various cities to learn how to drive and even helped me gain some exposure on the freeway. When I expressed my nervousness about putting gas in the car she taught me how to do so. Thanks to her, I passed my license test on the first try!! Now that I have my license, I keep all that she taught me in mind.

Negative experience: Tried to set an appointment for live scan abd get pricing information. Hung up on me and didn't answer the phone when I called back

I had been struggling to learn how to drive for years until I discovered this driving school and its instructor Carmen, who was very patient when I made mistakes, clearly explained each step and gave me tips to lose my fear while driving.
