Negative experience: They don't even deserve one star. Do not spend your money on this school, the Horizon City school was closed and they left a phone number for information and it is useless. They never return the calls and when you try to make an appointment for your individual classes they give you only excuses. They are scammers.

Negative experience: The only reason I’m giving them one star is just to be able to post my review. It’s the worst customer service I have experienced, they are extremely rude money hungry and untrustworthy, don’t waste your time or money with this company, they lost my daughter’s file 3 times, they don’t take accountability for their actions, the receptionists blame each other for the mistakes they make, the owner hides behind a phone saying he will call back to fix the problem but never does. This company is trash and a completely scam, I’ve been to the office a couple of times trying to fix my problem with them and every single time there’s a costumer complaining about something, it’s ridiculous, once again DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this company.

Thank you Ms. Herrera for your review. I am sorry for the experience you are having. I would like to take the time to explain some of your issues. Your daughter took two different courses which made this a little confusing looking for her paperwork. Her file was never lost as her original record had been at the original location she attended; however, you had called a different location inquiring her paperwork. All paperwork had already been issued to your daughter and this is why we have students sign for their papers as verification. The issued certificate, if lost must be replaced, as it is a state document, no copies would be accepted at DPS. For this reason, we would have to charge students a fee to replace a state document. I am sorry you feel our company is money hungry but I would have to kindly disagree as everything we do is to help out our students and unfortunately our services are not free of charge. I hope you understand that your daughter already had her paperwork and there was nothing you needed from us, unless you were looking for a replacement certificate, that would only be the only document we would issue for a replacement fee. I hope you understand that, yes, there was a misunderstanding but we are not a scam as we perform everything in a professional manner. Unfortunately,if our students don’t communicate correctly what they completed or what it is exactly they need it does make things a little confusing.
The owner is always available to speak to parents. Unfortunately he was out on vacation when all this was occurring. If you have any further questions please call us at 915-857-1700.

Fantastic experience: Been here and its amazing how the front desk can multitask and get everything done professionally. I can't wait to send my other kid to start driving school. Heard so many great things about this place. Had a Godson doing the program and he's almost done with his driving practice. Also had my daughter go thru the program and was so smooth. Thank you west driving. I greatly recommend it.
