Negative experience: I’ve been waiting to get my discount for over 2 years now ! He never answers the phone and always making an excuse why I haven’t got it. I leave messages and he never gets back to me its a hassle trying to even get a hold of him. Lacks communication and professionalism I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Was my sponsor for the road test and gave me a road drive just before the road test. Was very helpful in all the hints and comments. Called me back an hour before the test to check if I am still on or not. Very polite, calm, and has all the teach-driving capabilities. (5 stars)

Fantastic experience: Pires Auto School is one of the best in Brockton. It makes sense If his out on the road with students and don't want to be distracted with phone calls. According to one of his students he always return calls which I found fear and professional. I highly recommend Pires Auto School in Brockton to any new students.
