Positive experience: Carol at the desk is awesome, helpful and friendly. Ms Stevie class was also helpful and informative. NOW BEWARE OF THE EVALUATION! It’s there wolf in sheep’s clothing? You go and they want honesty responding to their question and told everything stays there, but what they don’t tell you is the computer they are using picks up on certain words like if you ever had a hangover in your life, or ever blacked out in your live and other key questions related to your question that point to after affects related to booze or drugs. The Computer then decides not the person doing the evaluation whether you need additional counseling or not. In my case I gave her my bad time when my son died in 2013 unexpected of Mercer. I took it extremely hard and went from 250 lbs to 365 pounds. I was drinking and eating too much and working my way to the grave to join my son. In 2018 woke up and saw a picture of me and said I have to stop! I did and had Baractric Sleeve surgery - for the next 7 months I had to see someone for mental health reasons covering my issues that got me there and mentally ready for the surgery, then learning how to eat, before giving the green light for surgery. The story is long and now 365 lbs to 240 from a waist size of 56 to a 40 shrinking my stomach size to 5 ounces on June 27, 2019 at the Boston VA changed my life forever, and I did it for not only me but for my daughter, grandson and those family and friends who supported me. The WARNING IS SIMPLE “Do not give an honest answer because what the computer fails to do is to separate years when something turned your life upside and changing it. It ignored my (6) years - what was isn’t anymore and that’s where it fails. It’s a heads up to beware - then be told if you disagree what one has to do to fight it.

Negative experience: Intake was easy and fluent, class was informative..eval lady was extremely rude and condescending. Actually had to stop the conversation it was so bad. Completely biased and should be taught how to talk to people before being in control of things that effect their lives. And then proceeded to use things from over 5 years ago to base her assumptions. People have paid thier consequences and should not be judged on their history. But the more they sign up the more $$ they make..complete sham

Negative experience: Find somewhere else to go. Do not care about individual they just want your money and to pass you to the next person they get a kick back from.

Negative experience: They are terrible, they do not help you or work with you. All they want is that money. They made me reschedule and pay again because I didn’t have a mask. They also made me reschedule and pay again because they had the door locked and expected me to wait outside till they unlocked it.

Fantastic experience: The lady at the front desk was nothing short of amazing. She answered all my questions and went through every detail with me in a timely manner. She made the process quick and easy.

Negative experience: They love forgetting things just so you have to pay an extra fee or redo the class totally. Had to pay several times for their mistakes. Very unorganized or lack of resources idk? Lied and said they had called me when my phone records proved otherwise. Completed the classes but had to have an evaluation afterwards, not sure why the evaluation matters, if you took the classes you should get your certificate. But whatever.....they just want to send you to extra services like first step only for the people at first step to waste your time.

Negative experience: They WILL nickel and dime you. Don't trust them to be professional, courteous, or even be decent human beings. They WILL always make you take more classes, even when it's not needed, because it gives them more money.

Fantastic experience: Charged me 75 dollars for their mistake
