Negative experience: The professionalism of this company is seriously lacking. They took forever to give the credit for their classes. You can’t move forward to schedule you driving time. They schedule your driving time and then they don’t show up to pick up the student. They don’t ever keep in touch with the student or parents. You call, but you can’t leave them a message, so you email the company. But they never respond. It cost $500.00 for this course. A extra $100.00 if you want your completed certificate in the same day. I would seriously reconsider choosing this company to teach your child to drive. My goal is to just get my Grandson through this, so he can get his License!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the in person classes, ease of scheduling her drives and the convenience of picking up and dropping off after her drives. I liked that they drove to Eastgate and had to get on and off I-275!! Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Cancels classes , refuses to call back , wont answer emails, wont answer phone, wont refund the $581.00 because they wont contact back. Unprofessional, unorganized, ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, Mr Simonson was amazing. Helped me a lot with learning everything from the basic traffic laws to life lessons. Mr simonson is very helpful and encouraging, I was having troubles for my second day of in car with mobility and then we took a break and on my third day I was able to do it with him not helping me at all, and no stoping. He is truly a great man and teacher when it comes to driving. Even if you are not good at something he will make you at least 25% better than before if it even more than that. I would recommend Mr Simonson to everybody but he is only one person, but I am sure there are plenty of good driving instructor at this program or will be apart of this program in the future. Once again I loved it and truely had a good time learning how to drive properly.

Negative experience: My daughter took the in class 40 hours in class training, the instructor was very unprofessional and was very rude to me and I went to talk to this teacher and this teacher basically told me that children like my daughter don’t deserve the drive and that she won’t get her license and he will make sure that well let me tell you something for someone that doesn’t like kids should not be working there. I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism and rudeness telling me that he will make sure she will fail. This teacher, Mr. Hammack did not have any patience for children, nor any respect for parents. If I was this rude to my patients, and I am a nurse I would be fired for being this way. This teacher told me that I can have his job since I’m a better person than he is. This shows me the characteristics of people they hire. I left a message for them to return my call. I will leave another review on how that went. Since a lot of people have issues with Customer Service. I am not the person to mess with. I am a parent and you don’t mess with peoples money or time.

Fantastic experience: My son & I had a great experience with team driving school. His in car lessons were scheduled soon after signing up. The instructor was punctual & all about safety. It was completed in three days & they expedited the completion certificate so my son could test for his license two days later.

Negative experience: My son needs to sign up for in person driving instruction. He’s paid up and everything. There are no dates available. Wondering if we made bad choice on driving schools.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Very professional and accommodating. My son felt the driving instructor did a great job giving him instruction and pointers.

Negative experience: Well they were in a real hurry to get their money for my son's driving. Then took from end of school till begining of school year again and many many calls ,voice mail always full, and a threat to have money paid to finally get his 3 lessons completed. Now it's been a month and no email calls or certificate to show completion. I'd never recommend this place for lessons.

Fantastic experience: This is my second teen driver, and the first did not go through them. For this one, he completed coursework elsewhere online but when it came time to drive, they were amazing! Super flexible with times (busy sports schedule) and extremely prompt communication. Pricing was also some of the best. I’d highly recommend them!
