Negative experience: My daughter did the online training to get her permit everything went great so I wanted to sign her up for the behind the wheel course with the same company. I attempted to call them multiple times for 2 weeks straight it kept going to a voicemail that was full. I sent them a few text messages with no response, I also sent a message through their website with no response. I am glad I went with my first mind and did not pay the $400 because these reviews are the same as my experience.

Negative experience: Will price jerk you around asking $160 more than the advertised price IF you can ever get ahold of him. I called Wednesday left a voicemail, no response I emailed Thursday , no reply. I texted Friday, he finally called and said he would get back to me at 6pm. No return call. I texted on twice Monday then he finally replied with the price is $160 more! Report filed with attorney general for bait and switch pricing. Now he refuses to give me a refund so I have to dispute with my credit card which will cost him even more. The guy is not the brightest person. I wouldn’t trust him with my kid!

Negative experience: Do NOT sign up for this driving school. I wasted 400 dollars on this school, they did not pick up any of my calls. Went to the location and it’s completely blocked off and windows are broken. This is a total scam. There is not even an option to cancel your payment. This school is a total scam. Please listen to the other reviews left behind.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a great experience and passed her driving test on the first try. John was fantastic and patient. Easy payment plan and varied hours including weekends! Sending our next daughter through the program soon.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an excellent experience! She passed her behind the wheel test the first time because she had such an incredible instructor. Reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Natomas Driving School is unprofessional. Enrolled in the $400 behind the wheel training for my child. This company gives excuses why they can’t keep their obligations. After agreed upon refund. Still have not seen my money. Previous reviews show this place of business is untrustworthy. What kind of people scams parents who are trying to get their child’s drivers license? Buyer Beware!!

Negative experience: Horrible service! Very unresponsive! Was told more than once I would receive a call back and nothing! Would not recommend!

Positive experience: Contacted this business thru Facebook messenger and they were very responsive. They immediately answered my question. My sons is in the mail and should arrive today.

Negative experience: We are out $75. Business is totally unresponsive. Their 4 lesson package might seem convenient (1-hr; 1 hr; 2hr; 2 hr) $75 each (total $300) and cheap, but getting to schedule the following lessons is impossible. Of course, our 1-hour (and only lesson) is useless towards the 6-hr requirement with other driving schools because their packages are 2-hour slots. And of course, this business will argue that they got paid for their 1-hour lesson, but that wasn't the contract, the contract was for a complete 6-hour requirement, so NO, they didn't fulfill their end of the contract. The other reviews are true. Owner (Jeffrey Diggs) may not care about his business anymore. Lesson learned. Go pass this business.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. They do not return your calls, do not respond to your questions or concerns, and are not helpful. They are in a hurry to take your money, they’re really good at that. The instructor wrote all over my child’s permit and she left the lesson more confused than before. Extremely poor quality. Save stress and subpar service by going elsewhere for services.

Negative experience: Terrible company. Flaked on appointments. Cancelled DMVappointments the night before. Not tech savvy with there own appointment software. Doesn't answer half the numbers listed for contacts. With that said they are cheaper than other schools and Randy and Melody are great instructors.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this driving school... They just want to get your money and not get you the license... I spent so much money on them and they didn't take me to my drive test.. This father son are just wanted to take the money and not interested in getting you the license... I'm so upset at them.... Don't go there....don't trust them.

Fantastic experience: I took my first lesson from Natomas Driving school not long ago, and I would hands down recommend Mr. Diggs. He was very informative, and was very kind with his instructions, would recommend, will take again.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually post reviews but this is one I feel the need to give credit where it is certainly due. We've had a great experience with Natomas Driving and I would hands down recommend Mr. Diggs as your/your child's instructor. The weeks he spent with my daughter behind the wheel training her was nothing short of genuine. Thank you all for your help from scheduling appointments for us to the actual training, pick up's & drop off's......The service has been GREAT!!!!! My daughter passed her test yesterday & now a licensed Driver thanks to Natomas Driving School ( Mr. Diggs)

Negative experience: Not impressed at all. I will not use this driving school for my other kids.
