AAA Driving School: Reviews
Negative experience: I’m beyond frustrated with Triple AAA Driving School. What should have been a smooth and positive learning experience for my daughter has turned into a complete nightmare. We paid for 10 lessons, and after six long months, she’s only completed five. The instructors cancel and there are never any appointment times available after school hours. It feels like they take on way more students than they can handle. My daughter hasn’t improved at all because she barely gets the chance to practice. We’ve been patient and flexible, but this has been nothing but stress and disappointment. I truly regret choosing this school and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Driver instructors are awesome! Dj was super helpful and practices with my son right before his test just to make sure he got the test gitters out.
Negative experience: Rather disappointed with quality of this driving. First off, my kid "finished" their instruction & certification, was never taught basic skills like parallel parking or just parking in general. AAA is great at taking your money & magnificent at pressuring you into an elongated instruction but the return on investment is a joke. It's quite a rip off since their full hour instruction is only 45min of which almost 15min are blown yapping away on irrelevant issues. Sorry but time is money & all these folks did was waste it. Find another driving school. Even if you're a AAA member, there are better services out there.
Negative experience: Don't bother with AAA diving school if you actually want your teen to get their license. Their online course (taken prior to getting the permit) is a colossal waste of time designed to be tedious and unnecessarily time consuming. Then when you get to diving in person (after having to use a different online program to help pass the exam) AAA has almost no appointments available. So we went with another local company that would come pick my child up at our house for diving practice. Now getting a refund has been a nightmare! I have called 3 times over the last 3 months with the same response (Oh... Let me have someone check on that)!
Fantastic experience: Very fast DMV service, Friendly staff
Fantastic experience: Great place great help
Negative experience: We had to leave messages and then the instructor would call and sometimes we had to wait days to hear from him. If we missed his call we would have to leave another message and once again wait. I do not recommend AAA
