Negative experience: I schedule a skill/driving test for CDL class B, strike one: couple days before my appt. I get voicemail they move appt. 2HRS earlier, second strike: first thing when I get there instructor tells me that my truck was to big that I should of used one of their tractors truck instead, third strike: he fails me for something I'm 100% positive I didn't do but whatever let's move on I still need to get test done. So they call me to schedule new appt great I'm happy about it, next day another voicemail from them saying that it has come to their attention that I had recently had arm surgery so they won't be able to test me until I get them letter from Dr saying I'm capable to operate CV. I call and ask them if my DOT physical doesn't count as Dr saying I'm capable to operate CV by the way surgery was 2yrs ago and I have no idea how they knew about it to begin with I mean if they do check out stuff like this how come they were able to test me the first time. She calls me back and tells me sorry but appt she had just scheduled the day before is already taken and they don't have anything available for 2 weeks but she doesn't even offers me to schedule new appt. So yeah great service

Fantastic experience: First day here, had a great experience with the initial check-in and the training all the way up to the road test. The two ladies there Savanna and Gabi were very friendly and made the process smooth and comfortable.

She definitely know what she is doing and was able to help we acquire a grant for school. She made my visit to Excel Driver Services pleasurable. I am so glad i chose them to get my CDL.
