Dalton Driving Academy

Negative experience: My daughter attended the classroom portion of her driving school here the last week in July. It’s supposed to be a 30 hour course per a Massachusetts law for junior operators. I don’t think she even got 20 hours of instruction. They were let go 45 minutes to an hour early for lunch daily, went back after lunch and were released 1-2.5 hours early every day she attended. I prepaid $700 which is several hundred dollars more than just the classroom portion should cost and they are now ignoring and giving me the runaround about issuing a refund for driving lessons that she never took here. We transferred her to Triad Driving academy. They actually take the time with their students and make sure they are getting all required hours. If you feel as I do that driving is a huge responsibility and they should be getting all of their time in I would suggest going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The instructor gave me confidence to pass the road test with tons of patience and kindness towards my anxiety about test taking. I am grateful that there is room for learning after many years of driving experience. I highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous to do my first lesson, and as soon as I got into the car with Jeremy I felt perfectly okay. He was really good with communicating to me, and he is beyond nice. He was also really good at talking me through the things I would have to do during my lesson, and I became very confident in my driving than I was before! I would highly recommend going there for driving school, I absolutely love it!
