Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional. A plus driving for the win!

Fantastic experience: Customer services was great. Owner worked with me to get my son in when another school dropped his appointment then rescheduled for months later. Teacher was always on time. Each day they took a different route and worked through different skills. The day before the test the teacher spoke with each parent to let them know if anything needed to be worked on before the test. My son said the teacher gave great tips and was very personable. Overall great experience!

Negative experience: Business owner is unprofessional and lacks understanding.

Fantastic experience: Excellent communication and flexibility. All parties were professional and clear in his instructions. Heather (driving instructor) was fantastic, my child felt confident and safe in her driving. I would strongly recommend using Pick Osso!

Fantastic experience: So happy we went through Pick Osso Driving School to get my teenage son his behind the wheel instruction and license. The communication was great as we firmed up a good time for our family to do the instruction. We had to reschedule several times and they were so accommodating and understanding. My son had Michelle and LOVED her! He was a little nervous of course but she quickly put his mind at ease and he actually had a lot of fun and learned a lot. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and highly recommend Pick Osso Driving School and especially Michelle! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Pick Osso Driving School. My son had nothing but positive things to say about his instructor, Drew. We were grateful for a positive experience during a global pandemic. While everything was still shut down, Mr. Osso did a great job communicating with the parents of the kids who were waiting for things to open back up again.

The paperwork was clear and the process very organized. I would highly recommend Pick Osso to anyone in need of behind the wheel instruction!

They was willing to work around my son's school and work schedule with no problem.When I called them with a question they responded back in a timely matter with an answer.I highly recommend this driving schoolnot to even mention the prices are reasonable

Negative experience: Do not choose PicK Osso Driving School! My Court date never came in the mail. I called the DMV headquarters and they said that they had no record of my permit. So I called Mr. Osso and he was very upset because he "mailed the permit information in, weeks ago". Turns out he did not. So right before my permit expired, I had to go wait in the DMV for 2 hours, when I got up to the window, the women says "Yep, this happens all the time with Pick Osso, he never sends in the information." So unless you want to rush to the DMV and wait there for 2 hours dont choose Pick Osso driving school. In response to Mr. Ossos Review: Mr. Osso why are you reviewing your own business as a 5 star? We did call the DMV before the 90 days but theh told us to wait.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately for Jake and his Mom, they did not read the directions that were placed at the top of his temp license. The directions clearly stated to call 3 months into the 6 month time period that the license was valid. They however chose an alternate plan which was to wait until there was 1 week left on the eligibility. His paperwork was sent to Richmond and was not processed. Richmond DMV realizes this happens and that is why they place the 3 month disclaimer on the temp. license. Please continue using Pick Osso for your teenagers driving needs. On a side note, I discourage you from using Jake or his Mom in any situation where reading directions are concerned.

Fantastic experience: Best school and behind the wheel ever. The best defensive driving techniques, instructors that connect with students, answer all questions-just perfect. I highly recommend for those learning to drive.
