Chino Hills Driving School: Reviews
Fantastic experience: passed my driving test today! marco knows all the tips and tricks, you just gotta listen attentively to what he tells you. also bonus points bc he knows all the test routes and will make you practice on them. highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: has a harsh tone so may come off as scary but actually pretty nice if u just listen to the instructor. if u wanna pass ur test, this is your guy. he gets the job done and helps u for sure. answers any questions he can and gives directions just like a test giver would. he is honest and tells u what youre doing wrong and also right. if your driving bad, hes just gonna straight up tell you, and i prefer it that way. reliable guy, great to genuinley pass the teen drive test.
Fantastic experience: My Driving Instructor Marco was very positive and helped me pass my test on my first try! He was very punctual and patient with me.
Negative experience: Did not have a great experience the instructor was very dismissive, and made my teen feel uncomfortable rather than supported.
Negative experience: How do I start. First off my driving instructor Marco came off as very rude and kept on grunting and sighing all the time. Then he would blatently start insulting me by saying i have no common sense, or how I never learn even though he didn't clarify anything and made everything really confusing. He has zero tolerance for new drivers and i recommmend people with at least 20 hours of driving expierence to start with Marco, but again that defeats the purpose of a driving school to ASSIST you, not expect you to be perfect all the time. Another thing that made me angry was the fact he treats girls 1000 times better than guys. When i was getting dropped off by his female client, she almost crashed and missed some signs but Marco seemed so chill and tolerated everything with her. So i don't know guys, for the price and the service this is a big no.
Negative experience: Would not recommend this driver instructor at all. Unprofessionalism and will discourage new potential drivers. Marco was even on his phone while you I drove, and when I made mistake this guy would be fuming. Sighs, groans, “ughs”, you’ll hear it all. For parents out there, he is known for treating females with much more respect than males. Had a sister go through this guy and to this day she learns from me. so if you want your child to potentially receive training that will create a disparity in skill and create safety concerns, this is your guy!
Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience with my driving instructor, Marco. He was extremely patient and taught me well. I recommend him for your child and he will teach them great things. He's also a great conversationalist and in general a pleasant person to be taught by. Thank you Marco!
Negative experience: It was disappointing to have enrolled in this driving school. Driving instructor Marco was not encouraging but was very impatient and rude. There was no feedback or evaluation at the end of the lessons when he kept jotting down notes but he never discussed it. Even wasted precious time driving to their office so he can do his paperworks.
Fantastic experience: Best driving school. I passed in my first attempt. Ms.Lily was my instructor. She was super understanding and cool person.
Fantastic experience: Very good driving school. The instructor was always nice and patient from start to finish would recommend
Negative experience: My instructor was nice for the first two sessions. My last session he was so rude and made me 10 times more nervous than i already was. Instead of nicely telling me what i should do he was being rude about it and making me lose confidence. I took my test today and i passed so i know i'm a good driver, but for him to be so rude that it knocks my confidence down is wrong. He also told my sister, who's lesson was right after mine, every little thing i did wrong. No matter if it's my sister or someone else he is NOT allowed to talk about things i messed up on while driving to ANYONE. It's not his business. Didn't even wish me good luck after my session. I did not pay $240 for him to treat me the way he did.
Fantastic experience: Great driving school, George helped me pass my driving test the 1st time.
Fantastic experience: I finished all the session classes at Chino Hills Driving School. He is awesome, interesting instructor giving enough things to catches up learning system. He also lectured me with safety precautions. The class was absolutely worth it. For me Chino Hills Driving School is the best defensive driving school offering the best driving classes. They even also have an online training courses option. Very educative, you can choose your schedule if you want it to take by morning or by evening, your choice. Be at the top of your list.
Positive experience: The instructor is friendly and you can learn the driving very quickly. Often he fallen asleep, it was a kinda Disturbance for me
Negative experience: It was an horrible experience !! I did not learn much from the instructor. His name is Marco, not very friendly, patient and not professional either. He was often late when he pick me up. Then he often asked me to drive to the office so he can do his papers stuff, so we lost several minutes. One time, when I drive to pick the next driver, I saw him fall sleep...I keep driving and if I did some mistakes, he will not notice it... Most of the time, he text with his phone or read magazines and was not focuse on what I did. As I said, he is not very patient and acting cold with beginner specially with boys. But if the driver are girls, he acted very nice, smiling and patient with them. When I failed my first driving test, I asked him for more days for learning. He told me that he will call me but after more than 3 weeks, he never did. It was the worst driving experience I ever had. Plus, the price was expensive. I don't know if there is another instructor on that driving school. But the instructor that I had, Marco is Not the one to be recommanded... if you are a boy
Fantastic experience: Both the Receptionists and the actual Instructor were incredibly nice and helpful. The instructor did a very good job of keeping me calm not worried about the minor mistakes I was making and helped me to correct them. Almost positive that I'm gonna pass thanks to this guy!
Fantastic experience: Optional pricing is ridiculously high!!! Upon completion of the course requirements.
Fantastic experience: My experience with Chino Hills driving school was excellent!! It was very easy to schedule my daughter for her behind the wheels also the price was right! She got picked up on time and dropped off on time too. No problems the instructor was very nice and helpful.
