Negative experience: $500 later and still had to follow up and get my sons documents posted. Impossible to get in car driving. No response to phone calls. Buyer beware!! Over sold and unable to fulfill customer purchase. I'm going to ask for refund!

Positive experience: I had ramona as my drving instructor and loved her so much. She was so good at teaching me how to drive, what to expect with the test, maneuverability, and she was just overall good company. That lady needs a raise to say the least lol

Fantastic experience: i absolutely had fun here, and this is no joke either! that class was supper fun, i loved the instructors ! i even made a group chat with the other students.

Negative experience: Blew $500 for a driver’s ed course. Impossible to get in-cars scheduled. You can’t get anyone to pick up to answer & when you do, they ask you to call back at another time or say they will call you back. Do they call back? No. Do they answer at the times they say to call back? Also no. frustrating.

Negative experience: Avoid if you want your license this year! They are happy to take your hundreds of dollars and just sit on it. They have an extreme backlog for in-car scheduling and spots are gobbled up immediately after they are posted. Go somewhere else.

Negative experience: I'd rather not be so negative and harsh towards a place, that I'd yet to do business with, but it's with unfortunate reasons of classes and pricing. First and foremost, they offer little to none adult driving courses. For adults that haven't driven much or at all, one individuals 4 hour course, is not enough. Second, and perhaps most damming of all, is knowing that one must pay up to - if not more than, $500 That right there, is the reason for this review. That's discouraging to say the very least. One individual 4 hour session is $260(and that's not including any applicable taxes). To have another sessions is over $100, if not closer to the original $260. I can not in good faith or good conscience, promote this location, or recommend this, especially in the current economy.

Fantastic experience: Great and friendly environment I’ve had 3 other drivers before coming here and learned the most from one instructor here. If you need to learn how to drive and want to get your in-cars with a great and friendly instructor ask for mona!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience! Ms Ramona was very engaging, patient, personable and easy to understand. I felt confident taking my drivers exam after completing 8 hours of driving with her. Highly recommend!!!

Positive experience: My experience was good but that was only with Ramona, she was very nice, calm and encouraging. You need a person like this to do well in your drives if I only had her for all my drives I would give this rate a 5 star review. But I had Robin the other times and I didn’t like my experience. She was a decent person overall, but if you have allergies to cigarettes I wouldn’t book with her because she makes the car smells like cigarettes. Despite that flaw I was okay at maneuverability but needed more practice. As I was practicing she kept saying how I am going to fail the test and kept bringing out my flaws. I understand these comments were needed to correct my driving but there is always a time and place for things and saying those negative things as I was practicing was not needed. This made me mad and caused me to do worse. She recommended me to book more sessions; obviously this option isn’t cheap. Overall I loved Ramona she’s a great person so if you need someone reassuring and encouraging please book with Ramona.

Fantastic experience: Did an amazing job teaching my daughter

Fantastic experience: They got me in quick and my driving instructors name is Ramona or Mona. She is a great driving instructor and put me through it all. She took me down town, throw construction zones, free ways, country driving, and more. With her teaching me and taking me through all this stuff makes me feel more comfortable with driving in these areas and just driving in general. She is a great person and instructor so if you go her ask for Romona!

Negative experience: Four weeks after paying $260 for my son's lessons and this place still hasn't returned our messages and calls to schedule him. It's too much money for such unprofessional service.

Negative experience: This place is horrible from start to finish. The driver was late for in cars every day and lost original online training certificate. They wouldn't take my phone calls or return my voicemails and I had to pay $100 to have new certificate overnighted to me. Go somewhere else!
