I attempted to take my road test a few times four years ago, and started lessons as a very anxious driver with pretty much no recent driving experience. My instructor, Alexandra Donnell, was wonderful. She taught me things in a way that made a lot of sense, eased my nerves, and was the main reason I was able to pass my road test this afternoon! Negative experience: It was a great driving school until Next Street took over. There is another driving school in Greenfield - look it up it’s so much better! Next Street did not show up for a lesson and the company claimed they had because their cars are tracked. My son was at the pickup point with me FaceTiming so I could see he was there and they gaslighted instead of apologizing. Then to test they no longer pickup the kids and bring them to RMV Greenfield. You have to wait until they organize enough kids to take the test at their testing site in Northampton. I called the other company in Greenfield and she sponsored my son and he had his license 7 days later.

Fantastic experience: Next Street Driving School is amazing As a fourty year old new driver who moved to Vermont from NYC I had a ton of anxiety about getting my license. Julie Coburn the crazy grey haired lady at the Next Street is an absolutely stellar teacher, she met me where I was at and was patient and strategic in enabling me to learn how to drive. And guess what??!! I passed on my first road test ✨✨ I recommend this driving school to people of all ages learning how to drive, it was one of the best experiences I had to prep me for becoming a confident safe driver!

Fantastic experience: Julie Coburn was very helpful in all aspects of driving, though the part I found most prominent in her abilities was parallel parking. I came into drive time nervous about parallel parking, she gave me useful tips on how to properly line up the vehicle and maneuver it into the given spot. That is why Julie is deserving of a 5 star rating.

Fantastic experience: Mark made it very easy to schedule and gave me a very helpful lesson before.

Fantastic experience: I came from Boston, MA to take the test in Greenfield, MA. All the road test slots in my vicinity were filled up when I scheduled my test, and Greenfield was the closest I could take it. I was lost and didn't know what I should do. My family car did not have an emergency break in the middle (a requirement for the road test vehicle), and I was torn between renting a car or borrowing someone's car that we knew who lived somewhat near Greenfield. I contacted Precision Driving School 48 hours before my road test to see if they would be willing to help me. To my surprise, even with this short notice, Precision was able to set me up for success. Mark quickly accommodated me to take the exam with his driving school car. He gave me a very helpful lesson right before my test, which increased my confidence for the test itself. He was kind, helpful, communicative. I'm happy to say that I got my license. Thank you Precision Driving School!

He answers the phone and it´s easy to get appointments (I struggle quiet a lot to get an appointment in other local driving schools that I was amazed how easy was with him). 100% recommended, do not hesitate.
