Negative experience: Do not waste your $500 on this poorly run program. Online classes are someone reading a power point to the kids. In-person drives are constantly being canceled forcing you to reschedule. Then the instructor changed one of my kids drive time to during school (moved it up from 5pm to 1pm) forcing me to cancel. Took multiple calls and e-mails to get a “late cancellation fee” off my account. And then again the instructor is trying to reschedule another time at the last minute. Very poorly organized.

Negative experience: My son's had to drop out after one class due to his work schedule change due to up coming holiday and they have a no refund policy SHAME ON YOU ALL STAR. MY son works hard for his money and you wouldn't refund after one class! I would highly recommend parents to not give this company the time or day $450.00 they get to keep for one class this place is a rip off!

Negative experience: Dear Tyler Adamczak, Why did you stand me up for our drive? I get you broke your arm but that is NOT an excuse. We had a plan and I trusted you to follow it. You broke my trust and I can't forgive you for what you have done and you will be hearing from my legal team. Sincerely, Matthew Grim.

Negative experience: My parents had to actually teach me how to drive after I took segment one. Had a super nice instructor but I learned absolutely nothing. Do not recommend!

Negative experience: Update 1 month later. Still not resolved. I only want a full refund at this time. You keep saying someone will call me to set up drives and NO ONE HAS CALLED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON ALL STAR. THEY ARE A RIP OFF Instructor is always on the phone, rude and not helpful. My son just went on his first drive, 3 weeks after the start of class. With no scheduled future drives. I paid $450 for quality education, allstar is not helpful and is a rip off!

Fantastic experience: Dorinda was very quick to respond to my email. The process of sending the necessary paperwork was simple. All Star is a million times better than the Drivers Seat school, which does not respond via phone or email. All Stars website is extremely easy to navigate as well.

Fantastic experience: Me and my son were a little nervous today, but a parent waiting put our nerves at ease, she stated how 3 of her children had that same driving instructor and went on to say how amazing and calm he is, and once my son came back he said he couldn’t ask for a better instructor! Thanks Larry

Negative experience: The instructor didn’t show up to three of my behind the wheel drives, two of them because the instructor was sick and gave me no heads-up nor communicated with me, the other time supposedly All Star had the schedule they posted messed up and I had to wait outside of my school for over an hour each time and when I contacted the coach he said: “what miracle do you want me to work?” Why in the hell should it be a miracle for you to show up to a scheduled drive that you posted and misled your students now blaming it on them? Very poor communication and attitude, I do not recommend All Star Driver’s ed, it is terrible!

Negative experience: This place is not worth your money. I was lucky to finish segment 1, but I am currently waiting for the slip that allows me to get my permit which is now 3 days late. My teacher, while seeming more professional than the others in the other reviews, is either someone who cannot remember anything for the life of him, or someone with a vendetta. My teacher constantly rubbed me the wrong way, constantly talking about loving each other and staying calm and chill. I never took notes due to it just not being my thing, and one day I didn’t have my book open because the last time I tried to both read and listen, it turned out the PowerPoint had the chapter in a different order than the book, which confused me. He asked me to open my book, and in the few seconds that I didn’t comply grabbed my book from my desk and held it up, ranting to the class about how those who didn’t take notes would fail, and those who did would succeed (a rant he would repeat many times as it turns out). In one instance, during the portion on driving in severe weather, he decided on every single slide to complain about us teenagers, saying how ‘none of this mattered because we know better than our parents!” or “I know none of you are paying attention to this since you’re teenagers!“, even going to the point of skipping slides that had important information to prove this point. On the day before the test, we had the last chapter to go through. When he opened it, it turned out the first slide was the same as one in the last chapter! You want to know what he does? Decides to skip the chapter entirely because of that, not even skimming it to make sure it was worth it. Yes we did have our books to look at it ourselves but this was just not right. The test comes around, and everyone passes. Now it’s time to get our 6 hours of driving time in. Some had already started by now, but I was so happily graced with having my teacher for 5 days in a row, having to sit with him 3 hours a day with two other girls (who rocked.) The driving was admittedly alright, though there are a few things I wish to point out: 1. On the second day I wasn’t doing well emotionally, and during an instance where we were practicing our turnings he told me to turn my head. It was turned, just not all the way, and I frustratedly told him I was. He scolded me, which I did deserve, and we moved on. This is important for what’s after this paragraph. 2. He was a bit forgetful during class, but spending 5 days in a row really showed how bad his memory was. He would never, NEVER remember anything we told him about the day before correctly, and never remembered another group’s names, constantly switching them up. Now, here is the main reason you should not join Allstar: As of this review, I have been waiting 3 days for the slip that allows me to get my driving permit. This was supposed to be given to me by my teacher on our last day, but he forgot. I then texted my address to him so that he could drop it off the next day (by his request), and me and my mom told him that if we weren’t there, just leave it in the mail. Days pass, and we’ve gotten nothing. My mom has tried contacting him to no avail, and she is now taking this to the company itself. Turns out, they do have my paperwork, but they tried to claim they couldn’t give it because they didn’t have my contract and birth certificate. My mom sends them a screenshot of both from their website, telling them she also got an email from the teacher with both of the papers attached to it. They then tell her that because the teacher has not turned in my driving logs (which were given on the last day with him taking them from my book) and attendance logs, and so I’ll have to wait a week minimum as they now try to contact this teacher who refuses to respond to both my mom and his company, who also knows where I live now. Whether or not this to due to his horrid, unprofessional neglectfulness or out of a strange distaste for me. DO NOT PAY FOR ALLSTAR.

Negative experience: This Driving School Suck!! It's expensive and they don't teach what needs to be! Very Disappointed my child just failed the actual driving part the last part she need to be able to get her license and fail because she was never taught the stuff she failed Great Job All Star you get a big fat F from this disappointed mother and child. You should take a look at what Secretary of State is requiring before you call your self a Driving School!!
