Negative experience: These people are the worst at communication and scheduling. My child has been waiting to get her license and all these people keep doing is pushing back the date to get it done. They say they'll call and they don't, and when you do the the manager has an attitude. So I took my business else where and my child has gotten her license.
Negative experience: Very rude incompetence and terrible service
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Vdrive to Anyone who wants learn how to drive and get there license. I took there adult class. One of my favorite parts of this learning experience was Miss Hannah’s six hour class It was very engaging and fun. I also enjoyed the two instructors that help me with My eight hours of driving Practice. Thank you Vdrive for this wonderful learning experience.
Negative experience: My personal experience was horrible if you looking for a bootleg behind the wheel drive experience this is your place. These ppl on the first day I had to drive to Eunice without learning how to work the gas and breaks that caused me to keep slamming on break and the teacher was acting like she was on drugs blasting the radio she was more in my personal life than teaching and giving proper instructions so I only did one day of behind the wheel training and did not return I found a better program I was afraid for my life they should have started out in a parking lot but didn't i drove to eunice without proper training its really a fend for yourself type of program very disappointing and lost ourt on money . Waste of time this is my personal opinion . The writen test part was okay but I thought we would have hands on activities nope cheap is not always good
I'm sorry you felt this way Ms. Brittany. When you called and asked for a different instructor after your first drive with us, we did assure you we were going to put you with a different person. I did go back and check the cameras, but I did not see any of the things you mentioned above. In your text to us, you said she was a great teacher, you just felt that she was used to driving with students that were experienced and you weren't. The instructor did put in her notes that you got disappointed when you didn't catch on right away and that you were very hard on yourself, but you did improve significantly during the 2 hour drive. I'm sorry you chose not to complete the remaining drives with us, but we were more than happy to help and work with you in any way we needed to.
You are correct, you were not offered a refund for the remaining 6 hours of driving that you have not completed, and that is because you have canceled a total of 7 appointments with us, and you have never been charged a cancelation or no show fee. I understand if we were unable to provide you with a different driver or were unwilling to help, but that was not the case.
We are sorry it did not work out the way you wanted it to. We absolutely wish you the best and hope that your next driving experience is better.
Fantastic experience: I had an AMAZING experience with the class & the 2 people I drove with ! Ms.Stephanie WAS SO AWESOME & instantly made me feel comfortable! She was so humble & just outgoing ! Ms.Keisha WAS AWESOME AS WELL & made me feel comfortable instantly. Ms.Hannah was awesome & any questions I had she sure got back to me right away.

Fantastic experience: I really like Hannah she has great customer service skills. There were questions that I asked and she didn't hesitate to answer my questions. Negative experience: It seems as if they fail you on your 1st road test of you didn't go to thier drivers school. Such a money racket!!! My advice to 1st time doves in Louisiana go to Texas get your Ludacris then grander or to Louisiana... it'll be about %500 cheaper.
I'm sorry you feel this way. We do thoroughly explain the reason for a failed road skills test to the student (and parent if student is a minor). If you have questions or want to know what you should practice, please give us a call at 337-889-7763 and I will be happy to discuss that with you!
Failures don't happen often, but unfortunately they are part of keeping our roadways-and students-safe. Please remember a failure is only issued to protect our students and other roadways users. Sometimes, a little more practice is needed.
Positive experience: If your schedule is tight I wouldn’t recommend Vdrive because they only do the final drivers test on Tuesday from 1-4 in Crowley. Very unaccommodating for people with busy schedules.
We do apoligize for that inconvience! We find set days for Road Skills Testing is convient for most customers. We do all minor classes on weekends or school holidays so that students don't have to miss school. All Adult Classes are done on Saturdays since that is when most people are off work. All 8 of the driving hours are always scheduled around your personal schedule. The only thing we dont work around your schedule with is the Road Skills Test. We do write school excuses and on rare occasions, we will accept students earlier or later on those days if our schedule allows.
