Fantastic experience: The staff are very nice. They see you and do their best to help.

Negative experience: The supervisor keeps denying that I completed a substance abuse program in recommendation of the assessment after completing the level 2 program, I talked to the supervisor of the substance abuse program and he said that he already made the phone call and let them know that they do have the license required to do a substance abuse treatment, a person that is supposed to help people get their life back in track is just interfering in the process of someone that is trying to get their driver’s license back out of spite and pure hatred because last time I was there I mention that every day I miss off of work it was costing me over $250 in wages and he got smart with me, I believe that a person like this should be replaced by someone that can help people instead of hurting people

Negative experience: Horrible. You can’t get in touch with anyone. The evaluation was supposed to be for an hour but the guy talked to me for not even 10mins, barely asked me anything and told me i had to complete treatment. Didn’t give me the choice to choose the program off the list while i was there stating i would have to come back in person within 5 days to tell them which one I’m going with, but on the paper he gave me he put “While encouraged to select a provider at the time of evaluation, as a conscience to you, you have indicated that you will need time to secure your own treatment provider.” I was never given the option to choose while i was there. Why would i choose to come back to a place that is an hour away from me and i don’t have a license due to all of this? They truly make hard situations a lot harder on people. Seems like they purposely try to set you up for failure when you’re complying and trying to get everything done. Yes, clearly anyone having to go here, had to go for a mistake they made, but why make it more difficult for people to do what they have to get done? Only thing decent about this place is the two ladies that work the front desk are nice and helpful when you’re in person.

Negative experience: BIG SCAM !!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY , TERRIBLE STAFF WHO DON’T TAKE THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY, AND WOULD RATHER SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE THAN TO ACTUALLY HELP, MY EVALUATOR ANDREW WAS EXTREMELY AWKWARD AND SNEAKY , I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW HES ALLOWED TO WORK IN A SOCIAL SETTING, HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HIM, IM ASSUMING HE HAS ADVANCED ASPBURGERS BUT ALL HE CARED ABOUT WAS SIGNING ME UP FOR THIS ADDITIONAL PROGRAM WHICH IS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY, PLACE IS A BIG JOKE! FELT LIKE I WAS AT THE CIRCUS VISITING THIS OFFICE

Negative experience: Ms Torres is terrible, she made me take counciling without proper evaluation

Fantastic experience: Very helpful, friendly staff. If you have to be there you know why you're going there. Follow the class and don't be a pain in the, oops just do the deal and get it over with

Negative experience: Negative 5. They don’t answer the phone, and even picked up and hung up on me for one of my calls in. Rude! I’d rather you answer and say hold please, still rude, but at least acknowledging someone trying to give YOU their money.

Fantastic experience: He put off registering for this class until the last possible date and had a very negative attitude about attending. I was afraid he'd get kicked out for saying something wildly inappropriate. Instead he attended with 30 other people that were a lot like him and the instructor struck him as entertaining, intelligent, and understanding. He said the instruction went into a lot of interesting detail and he appreciated the information they gave him. The staff at the front desk returned my calls immediately and were polite and helpful. I recommend having a positive outlook if you need to schedule classes here. Thanks to you all.
