Negative experience: She gets the job done but after taking 5 people there to help them out to say i agree with the rest of the people that this lady is absolutely the rudest person I have never been treated or yelled at by an adult for such bullshit in my life a bit of training on how to talk with people can go a long way how this lady has not been knocked out I will never know

Negative experience: Instructor was quite rude, especially working with newbie drivers. Made driver more nervous than necessary. Started off right away with you so you want to do it today or reschedule because it started to sprinkle. Was not clear on instructions. My son took this same test two years ago, and the instructions were totally different and that is the way we prepared my daughter for the test. I tried to explain this to her and she got very rude and snippy with me. Her instructions were correct so I did not fault her for that- but her attitude, and teaching ability, just not done well for the newbie’s. This is an update. I had 2 kids go through the driving academy recently. They were both Level 1- while they liked their instructor and said he was cool, which is great- one got 45 minutes of driving and the other got 1.5 hours which they are supposed to get more. For having to pay that much, the students should get the required amount of hours.

Fantastic experience: Tester was nice. She knew I wasn't from around there and helped me with the route a bit . Would recommend over Benzies test

Fantastic experience: I took my driving test a few days ago and I had a good experience with Darlene, she was professional and she gave me clear directions in the test and made me feel comfortable, I was nervous but she had a good attitude. I highly recommend her.

Negative experience: I definitely wouldn’t recommend her !! Coming from i am 16 years old she was nothing but rude and smacking her gum in the seat next to me , she also doesn’t know how to communicate very well so if you know the route I would definitely get it down before going with her .

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience! Super friendly, timely, and very professional!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and everyone.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant atmosphere. Testing clerk not friendly at all. A smile and a hello would of been nice. Test very difficult to schedule. Played phone tag for weeks. No sign to tell where testing area was. Just a sad place.

Fantastic experience: Mr. and Mrs. K are literally the best!! They not only take time to talk to the parents but they really give great feedback on how your child is doing as far as driving. I highly recommend them! My son even told me today that he's gonna miss them!!!

Fantastic experience: The instructor is only the scorekeeper. She does not take the test for them, nor should she be a teacher. They come to the test because they are suppose to know how to drive. It is not the road testers job to teach newbies. Also, parents should not know if the instructions are clear because they are not allowed to be inside the testing site, so this would be hear say. The instructor after each set of instructions asks if they have any questions.

Negative experience: Absolute trash, literally choose anything other than this horrible place. Do not give them you're money.

Negative experience: I recently had issues with this place. I scheduled my road test, but they misinformed me the correct date. So of course I believed that my road test was on that date. I got a call saying that it was on another day instead and that I'm late. They also told me that I would have to pay double. They told me that I would not be able to do it today, so I would have to pay double next time. The persons attitude was very off putting, even though I was being polite. I later did some research on the Premier's website and no where it says you'd have to pay double if you are late.
