Ms.Brenda's Driving School

Fantastic experience: I went through this class and I loved the time she went through to help with my IEP.

Negative experience: This woman took our money and only had 2 classes. She is a disgrace to the community and she should have her teaching license revoked. Would never recommend her to anyone!!!!

Negative experience: Do not use this woman! She took our money, my son did his on line classes and everything he was supposed to do. We could not get in touch with her to schedule his drive time hours- it took 5 months to schedule 6 hours of drive time with her. Once that was finally completed, we could not get in touch with her to get my sons paperwork off completion. After another 3-4 months of calling and leaving notes on her door, I finally got ahold of her (she accidentally answered), we found it her batch/license was expired! So everything my son did was a waste of time! The MVA will not honor anything. We now have to start all the way over again with a different company! I’m furious!!!

Negative experience: Paid full price, only to find out its only virtual class room, almost been 2 months later and still no certificate for the classroom time.

Negative experience: Recognize the world is experiencing an unprecedented pandemic; however, it has been nearly a year and this company has yet to offer enough virtual learning time slots to accommodate the number of students pending completion. Unacceptable given that they have taken payment in full. This delay is impacting everyone with a new driver, not only delaying the teen’s progression into a typical 16 y.o. achievement, but also the parents who are still needing to adjust their schedules to get the teen to work/school/sports. The world has learned to adapt to the current circumstances, it’s time for Ms. Brenda’s driving school to do the same, and honor the commitment they made by taking our money.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly as it is a great driving school where they have a high rate of success for their students. They're doing their best right now with the coronavirus restrictions placed on them by the Governor of the state of Maryland and the Maryland department of motor vehicles to keep classes going and be able to do the hands on driving instruction out on the road as well.

Negative experience: I cannot attest to the classroom portion but absolutely impossible to schedule the driving portion of this class. Unable to leave messages and terrible response time to emails (if you even get a response). Unable to get the classroom records to take the driving portion with another driving school. Complete waste of money. We are now starting over and going to another driving school to re-take the classroom portion and then the driving portion of the class.

Fantastic experience: All of the kids I know go to Mrs. Brenda's Driving School, including my son. The kids always speak very highly of them and they are very approachable. I have two more that will be going through this class.

Fantastic experience: mrs brenda is the most caring person i’ve ever met . she always made class sooo much fun !! i literally looked forward to going to drivers ed .. if you need to take drivers ed mrs brenda’s is definitely the place to go you’ll learn a ton and have so much fun !!

Negative experience: The ladies from this place are extremely rude. Would not recommend using this school as there are many others that offer much better service for your kids.

Negative experience: Would give less than one if I could. Not recommended.
