Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Great school

Negative experience: Their website says they open at one. No one answered the phone till 2 o’clock. The lady that answered the phone was quite rude. Couldn’t give me any information. Couldn’t schedule a drive for my daughter. Had to have a schedule or call me. They have nothing open this week. It’s Monday and couldn’t confirm anything for next week because he had to check with his drivers. The only timeslots he could give me for next week or like at 2 o’clock in the afternoon when my daughters at school she also has a part-time job so it is challenging, but he was very rude and could care less, do yourself a favor before they take your money and you can get a refund somewhere else this place has no customer service qualities whatsoever. I feel they take your money and then put you on the timeline that’s impossible to reach just my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I spoke to in town recommended Frick's. I'm an "adult learner" coming from a big city where most people don't drive. Frick's explained their courses and I think they'll make sure I can safely pass my driver's test in the spring.

Negative experience: The man at the desk needs to get his attitude fixed as soon as possible

Fantastic experience: I learned to drive here and have been accident free since I learned to drive 13 years ago. They must've done something right.

Positive experience: I liked Fricks...then after 1 week I couldn't wait til I could get out of there. The receptionist is extremely rude. She failed to give me very important information and when I called back after being chewed out by the teacher for not having the info she preceded to tell me that she gave it to me and it was my fault! The teacher can be generally nice but cranky sometimes. Scheduling driving time over the phone is a nightmare, mainly because you're dealing with a rude receptionist who has you on hold for 10 minutes.
