Fantastic experience: I really want to thank AC Driving School for their excellent classroom and on-road lessons. The lessons were very comprehensive. The on-road training helped me develop good habits, follow traffic rules, and stay aware of the road, which made me feel much safer while driving. As I’m not a local and my English isn’t very strong, I really appreciated that they provided translation help. Even someone with limited English can feel confident learning here. Although I still need more practice, this has been a great start, and I feel I’m moving in the right direction. I’m very grateful for all their guidance and support!

Negative experience: Call and see if Scott is still working there. If he is, don't waste your time.

Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia con Ac driving Pullman fue espectacular aunque mi idioma no es el inglés. Mi examen de habilidad en conducir fue con la instructora y ella muy profesional nos apoyamos en los audífonos para traducir aunque no pase en el primer intento. Me faltaba práctica Y en la siguiente prueba de habilidad lo hice mucho mejor por lo cual me fue bien ,son profesionales amables si tú idioma no es el inglés ellos se aseguran que puedas entender.

Fantastic experience: This is the top driving school in the Palouse region, and I highly recommend it to any beginner looking to improve their driving skills. Scott is an outstanding instructor who runs the classes with great care, providing well-rounded driving lessons. I gained a lot from the lesson materials, drivers-ed videos, and Scott's thorough explanations. When I first started, I was unsure of myself, but after just one month, I felt ready to take both the written and driving tests with confidence. Scott is also working on offering classes for people whose first language isn’t English, which is exciting—be sure to ask him about it! The school is also offering classes if you want to learn to ride a motorcycle. The instructors here are experienced professionals who make learning to drive a great experience.

Negative experience: The school is ok, but they literally never answer their phone and they have multiple employees that do nothing. Only Scott is allowed to do anything. If there was somewhere else to go we'd take our money elsewhere. Sadly Scott has a Monopoly on driving school and doesn't give a damn!

Negative experience: If you’re considering sending your child to AC Driving School, don’t make the effort and just send them to Spokane. My experience from this poor excuse of a driving school has been completely disappointing. Not only do they not answer any calls or return calls after leaving a message, they also lack proper opening hours within their establishment. I find it incredibly unprofessional that I have to schedule a time to call due to their open twice a week for 3 hours schedule, just for them to not pick up nor return calls. Overall, send your kid somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: These folks are amazing! I can’t believe how much I was able to learn from them. As a complete novice, I was pretty nervous on the first day, but the instructors were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I walked in with zero experience on Saturday morning and walked out Sunday afternoon confident and having passed the permit test so that I can keep practicing. I’m now excitedly shopping for my first bike. I highly recommend this school!

Negative experience: Pathetic. They refuse to answer their phones or ever call you back. I've called for months now to not get a call back. Also the "walk in" times are a lie. The doors are always locked. Don't waste your time here. You're better going to the DMV and wasting your time there.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the driving school for providing such an excellent classes. Throughout the courses, Scott was pretty responsible for us and checked whether we listened carefully in class, he always emphasized safety awareness and traffic laws, which greatly contributed to my understanding of responsible driving. Additionally, during the drive courses on the road, my instructors were very patient and kind to me, teaching me step by step. They also provided me with timely feedback & suggestions after each class and encouraged me continuously. I am so grateful for their dedication and support throughout my journey to obtaining my driver's license.

Fantastic experience: I really liked going to the AC Driving school they were so patient and kind to me. I highly recommend this course. My school does not have drivers Ed class. So that is why I went to this class. I learned a lot. Taylor

Negative experience: It's really unfortunate that this is the only option in Pullman. These guys need some training in dealing with teenagers, because they don't seem to have a clue how to interact with them. Many student in my kid's class have left in tears (with little to no response from instructors). We were told that the kids didn’t need any driving experience, and most had none. After the first drives they started hassling the kids and parents for not coming with more experience. My kid, and many friends don’t even like driving because of this driving ‘school.’

Fantastic experience: I just completed the motorcycle training course on 07-21-23. It was an amazing class to take. The instructing was awesome. It became very clear that these people really care for everyone they teach. They taught us things I would have never thought about if I had to learn on my own. They encouraged us to succeed and graduate from the motorcycle training program. I highly recommend this school to all riders young and old alike. These are good people doing great things.

Negative experience: Curious if any adult driver has ever even gotten their license from this service. Most I've talked to have been failed by AC but then passed with the DMV. It leaves me overall confused with how beneficial it is. When they don't offer individual lessons it leaves me confused what good it does.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with AC driving school and the instructor Scott. my son learned a lot and really enjoyed his class and drives. we saw improvement after each drive When he was taking his final test he told me he was so nervous i was concerned he might fail because of that He made it and told me his instructor ( Scott) made it so easy, he made him feel comfortable and confident, he felt like he was driving with a friend and all his stress was gone I'm so grateful for AC driving school, definitely my baby girl will be taken the class with this school when her time comes for that AC driving school made my life easier I will always recommend it

Negative experience: I just picked up my driving teenager from her final drive with Scott the owner of AC driving school. She was in tears and inconsolable. Scott told her while driving that “you were going to get into a collision and you will never get your license.“ Who talks to a teenager under stress like this? She is not alone with her stories of Scott as all of her peers have related similar experiences of him. I’ve personally driven with her many times and she demonstrates what I consider age-appropriate skill set. Scott needs to find a new side hustle as it’s clear teaching teenagers to drive is not in his wheelhouse. I wish I could leave less than one star. My advice to anyone would be find an alternative. Fantastic experience: I'm sharing my experience for the driving test that I took today and passed! I have to say I'm extremely humbled that first of all Pullman has its own DOL and a driving school with profesional people doing their very best to help the residents of Pullman in getting their driving licenses. I also utilized their facility of car to take the driving test and the car was tuned to absolute perfection - super smooth. Would not hesitate to recommend this school to my friends! No issues at all. Thank you
