Negative experience: I called them 4 times trying to get information on classes but way hung up on/ or sent to voicemail. It's currently 10:03am and they could have just said call back later.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience; that must have been frustrating. It would have been helpful if they had simply informed you about the best time to call instead of redirecting you. I suggest trying again later or sending an email if they have a contact address—that might be a more reliable way to get the information you need.
