Alcohol Drug & Assessment Center: Reviews
Fantastic experience: It’s a good place. People are nice and make sure you don’t get lost in DUI process
Negative experience: I have honestly had a great experience with this place. It is affordable place to get things done. The only problem I have is with an employee named Tina. She has poor customer service and doesn't treat. The client's properly is very disrespectful and kicked me out of classes when I was in the class and her stating I was never there, so now I have to redo them due to her. I've been sober for 3 almost 4 years and I am doing this to get my license back but was treated as if I was in active addiction which is very very wrong!
Negative experience: Had a similar situation to some in these reviews. I completed my 24hr class, which was very difficult to achieve being online zoom. It's too loose. Then was told I only completed 11 out if 12 classes. Plus since I didn't get up to the office within the 6mths to get my certificate they forfeited my certificate and said I would have to redo it all over again. Honestly is the worst feeling, all the time I lost with the kiddos and life itself just to be set back again. I think a lot of these businesses do this and it's wrong to say the least. We all have lives to keep up with. It's not easy to attend classes in this economy. I wish they could help and do better. Also never get call backs after leaving message after message. And they don't wanna talk to you about solutions, just sign back up and PAY.....
Fantastic experience: No one likes it when you have to pay money or go to classes, but they made me feel comfortable and explained the things I had to do. Ryan and the other staff were always welcoming and good at explaining my situation.
Negative experience: Do not use this place. They only want your money, will never return calls only after your classes have expired, ironically then they want you to redo it all and forfeit all funds paid. We call that theft. Also might add everyone I’ve ever talked to there has an attitude and treats you like you’re a career criminal. I was constantly called a liar when explaining I have multiple call logs of leaving voicemails and never a return call. They do NOT care about you. Management included. Just your money. Good luck. If I could’ve done 0 stars I would’ve.
Fantastic experience: Very good people in office nice and was actually 30 min early did my assessment and started my class the same day two more classes and my license is free all within three days span
Negative experience: Go somewhere else. Seriously.
Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I’ve been to a few of these types of businesses. And I can for sure attest to this one being the nuts!! Didn’t try and throw me in a bunch of unnecessary classes for some extra dough. Got me what I needed and on the road. Only now I got a license and insurance.
Fantastic experience: They got my classes done in a timely manner and was very helpful
Fantastic experience: I went to enroll in the 24hour classes and ended up getting my group intake completed, instead of having to make another trip. 2 birds one stone. Carmen was beyond helpful with making sure I had all the information I needed, and getting my schedule all set up. She made the experience 5 star.
Fantastic experience: I contacted them because of a DHS case and was real skeptical because of a prominent place I've been to previously and wasn't treated the way I feel I should have been treated. I've only done my assessment and I'm excited to start my services. I was treated like a person, which duh I am a person, but a person like everybody else. I didn't feel like I was looked down upon by anyone including the director who did my assessment and heard a lot about my down fall. They were an organization I had never heard of but think they should definitely be recommended to people in need of help but don't want to be profiled or stereotyped because that does make the difference in choosing to get help or not. Again, this is just by my assessment with me feeling this way.
Fantastic experience: Professional people doing a good job. Staff was helpful and friendly along this journey. Nobody really likes to have to do this but this group makes it easy enjoyable and resourceful.
Negative experience: DO NOT GO!!
Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. First me and another guy both had appointments at 9:30 and we waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes before the counselors/receipontist showed up. Once they do show up (at 9:50), they had their breakfast and big gulps, totally unfazed that clients had been waiting. I made an appointment on Monday, worked my whole week around it for work and they didn’t have me wrote down. The old lady working sent me to suite A and said that’s where I needed to do my drug and alcohol assessment but suite A sent me back and said that was incorrect, they do not do the intake tests. So I go back to suite B. She then proceeds to tell me I didn’t have my appointment there and to “look on the internet” for additional places that I could have called. Needless to say I will be going to Norman to take it instead. Worst experience ever. Someone needs to notify the manager of the horrible customer service and lack of communication, organization. Ugh.
Fantastic experience: Very professional and down to earth people. They do everything they can to help in your situations. They treat you with respect and never make you feel judged. I’ve used them and have recommended their services for years and will continue to do so. I had a fire and lost paperwork that I had to have to get my license back and they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for your kind and courteous services.
Negative experience: No matter what you put down they are going to make you pay to do classes. I do not drink or do drugs and when answering all the questions anytime it talks about doing drugs or alcohol I answered no. My alcohol % was a 38% and my drug was 37%. That funny thing is I'm in trouble for drug paraphernalia, so how could my alcohol be hire than the drugs. I would call it a scam too just so people have to pay more money
Negative experience: Avoid this center!!! All they're doing is scamming you out of money. They cancel appointments every week unless your paying $200 for your assessment. Luckily for them- the court appoints them or there is no possible way they could still be in business. It will take you three times longer to get your things taken care so good luck.
