OSU-Oklahoma City Precision: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Both RiderCoaches (Scott and Mike) were very professional and the atmosphere during the classes was great. The course was perfectly suitable for people who had never been riding a motorcycle before and came to learn proper habits, but also for people with some experience. The practical course on the range covered a lot of essential skills, much more than I expected. Overall I highly recommend the OSU Precision school.
Fantastic experience: I took a defensive driving class back in the day and it was so much fun. Great instructors who had sense of humor and very patient. Will recommend to anyone needing this for insurance or just because.
Fantastic experience: Great course. My 16 year old son and I took the course together and I thought it was great. Ron, Scott and David are great instructors and very patient. Any time they pointed out something I did wrong they did it in a positive way. Would recommend this course.
Fantastic experience: Big shout out to Scott and Dustin for a awesome and memorable weekend at the MSF BRC! I hope I can speak for the rest of the class that you guys do a hell of a job. Hope to see ya'll in April. Safe riding and thank you for making us smarter, safer, and overall better motorcyclists.
Negative experience: ron the main instructor os the most rudest unprofessional teacher i have ever came across he was so rude when just us asking questions. even rude to the women horrible teacher. i do want derryl really nice man. derryl would you are a doing a great job and explaining the situation.. ron would tell us the opposite and break us down mentally.. i do not know how anyone could passed. someone making a person so nervous and and uncomfortable.. i should listen to the other reviews about him
Fantastic experience: For BRC2 (advanced). I went into this course with only about 1500 miles into my first street bike. I grew up on dirt bikes so I feel it gave me the necessary foundation to know how to somewhat handle the bike, and skip the BRC1/beginner course. I screwed up a few times but the awesome coaching from Derry and Jesse improved my skills massively by the end of the course, and allowed me to ace the evaluations. There were all styles of bikes there. Sports, cruisers, super moto, even a grom and super cub. There wasn't any bias toward any bike from our coaches. Thanks coaches!
Fantastic experience: This is an awesome course to take and I learned quite a lot of new stuff that will keep me safe and help me to become a better rider. I recommed this for anyone wanting to learn and become a better. If you do what they ask and follow the rules you will pass. No one is Grumpy there. Good people and good times. Just don't be late.
Negative experience: The motorcycle BRC2 course has a bias towards very small sport bikes. You will have a very difficult time taking this course on a Large cruiser or touring bike especially if you have apes. One of the instructors was ok but Ron the main guy is a grumpy constantly irritated old man. Skip paying the 140 and just go take your test at a DPS preferably out of OKC. Don’t waste your time and money unless your riding a Honda 250.
Negative experience: Learned a lot from my time there!
Fantastic experience: Great, friendly instruction. The coaches work at your pace. Fun too!
Fantastic experience: They are excellent at preparing your child for driving. I wouldn't of chosen any other place. They are some of the best instructors I've dealt with. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Fantastic experience: This is for the Basic Motorcycle Riders Course-1. The most incredible group of instructors ever. They are truly a group of extremely talented teachers who are there to help you learn to be a safe rider. They will NOT make you feel stupid or inept because of how little you know or lack of experience riding. Although this course is geared towards people who have never ridden before, it WILL also help those who have bad habits or just want to get better which I can promise you includes everyone. I can not believe how many things I was doing wrong. I had a lot of bad habits. And every time I did the wrong thing they corrected me with patience and kindness. They have Eagle eyes and Teddy Bear hearts. Awesome experience. The best $240 I could have spent. This course is worth ten times the amount. This course will save your life.
Fantastic experience: It's a great place to learn how to drive. It's very comforting to know that this place is under the wing of the University which means it should be serious. The other thing to keep in mind is that police officers train in the racetrack, another reason to trust this place.
