Negative experience: The people in the office are extremely disorganized, and one of the girls is very rude, especially when you try to explain to her how she is wrong. They kept confusing me with my friend even though we both clearly give our names each time we call. They tried telling my friend she never took her 24 hours of class time because they were on my account when we are 2 different people. They confused us for each other more than once even when we gave our respective names and numbers. That was a headache. Then in the car I paid for 6 hours of instruction, but I decided to only use 4, as I didn't feel like I was learning much at all. My instructor Dawn was nice, but I feel like I regressed with her advice. When we practiced maneuverability, she told me my mirrors were positioned way off of what they should be. While the day before my first time in a car with her, I went through a maneuverability course 18 times without hitting a cone. Then when I began positioning my mirrors the way she suggested, I began hitting them again. After that, in the car, I canceled my last one. Took the driver's test last Thursday and passed the road test but failed maneuverability because I had my mirrors how she suggested. Went back yesterday, also a Thursday, and positioned my mirrors how I had them in the car when I practiced with her, and I passed maneuverability with a perfect score. If I could go back, I would not enroll in this driving school. Disorganized and chaotic mess. My friend didn't even do her in-car because she had such a hard time scheduling. Waste of our time and money. She took her test today and passed as well. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because Dawn was pretty nice. Otherwise I'd suggest finding a different driving school. For the amount of money we paid it should have been a totally different experience. 1,080 dollars all together for us and I feel like we only used about 500 dollars worth of instruction because this company is so messed up. Forgot to mention how we had to call 2cool traffic school and then heights again because they never emailed a link to 2cool traffic school and then had to go back to the office a second time after we paid and signed because my friend was enrolled in the wrong course apparently. Then they tried to say she never signed the contract the second time even though we went IN PERSON. Chaotic mess. Save yourself! DELETING REVIEWS? Now you get one star none if I could! If you like corporate greed then this is the school for you!! They will take advantage and only when you complain to the ohio attorney general will they suddenly try to schedule behind the wheel lessons 3 months later. Just refund me! Greedy rude ceo doesn’t even know his own company policy.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Dawn for being an awesome driving instructor! She is very calm and mainly lets you do your own thing, essentially letting you think for your self and make your own choices. She steps in when needed and gives amazing tips here and there. The overall experience (driving sessions and classroom sessions) were great! Passed my drivers test first try with all the knowledge i gained!

They were always patient, kind, and approachable, with smiles on their faces throughout each lesson. They never rushed me, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thanks to their guidance, I felt well-prepared and confident during the test. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I am giving this 4 stars, as I would rate the driver's ed portion 3 stars, and the in-cars 5 stars. Classroom: While there was a lot of information in this classroom instruction, I believe it was very hard to pay attention to what he was saying. First of all, the instructor speaks very quickly, and it's a little difficult to understand quickly enough, as well as there only being verbal and video instruction. The times were also very difficult to keep up with, especially as someone who works. Behind the wheel: This portion was absolutely phenomenal, and Dawn was extremely helpful. I have to say I was pretty nervous going into in-cars, but I was instantly met with a very positive attitude that made me enjoy this. She made everything easy to understand, and was ultimately very good at improving my skills on the road. Dawn also did an excellent job teaching me how to do maneuverability, as well as making sure I had plenty of time to practice. Tldr; I would definitely recommend to do the classroom instruction online if a traditional lecture doesn't work very well for you. HOWEVER, I would definitely do Heights Driving School for the behind the wheel section.

Fantastic experience: I previously had Dawn as my instructor, she is a very patient and knowledgeable driving instructor. Every morning, we would start by going to Lakeland Community College to practice the maneuverability course. This routine helped build my overall driving experience and confidence. Dawn's calm and clear instructions made learning to drive enjoyable and effective. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking into bettering their driving capabilities and better preparing themselves for their future drivers test.

She gave me great tips for maneuverability that helped me get it down very fast. I really recommend Megan because she has creates great conversations and she’s very helpful.

Negative experience: I paid and had my first lesson then they wanted me to pay 350 more for an evaluation which they never mentioned that you might one on their website so becareful you could be paying 350-700 just for them to teach you!
