Negative experience: she walked behind me while sitting and touched my shoulder and that was clearly unwanted.. she saw my cringe and smiled.. knowing she was going to make my life harder in a few more minutes.. horrible, helpless, triggering feeling.. I say to all who have to face the music of your actions, be aware the people who wanna take their power over you and twist the knife harder in the name of 'help'.

Fantastic experience: I have first of all don't be mad at the school because you messed up part of the class is learning a little responsibility for yourself I'm sure different instructors do things differently my instructor was a man and he definitely knew what he was talking about

Negative experience: Worst facility ever, they NEVER answer phone calls. You leave a voicemail and they respost 2 days later.

Positive experience: this is the most honest review you'll get. the course is actually genuinely decent if you got the old man. the staff now. they WILL send you to treatment. Sheila the old azs blk bitvhthey have decaying in there that does the evaluations needs to be in a home. like actually. she kept referring to me as a "re*ard" or "re*arded" when I told her I had autism. she should be ashamed to exist.

Negative experience: Genuinely awful people. The course itself was easy enough, but you have to make an appointment to make an appointment to just fill out the paperwork. What kind of efficiency is that? What's worse is that this is one of the only places you can go.

Negative experience: This office never answers their phone nor returns messages. I have received my discharge summary from Life stream over 6 months ago via email and this office refuses to accept email. They have been trying to fax it over for months. This office just doesn't seem to care.

Negative experience: Place is a joke. Between me & my attorneys assistant we've called daily & left messages, calls never returned or answered. Be prepared to get assigned more counseling because it's a money grab. Place is a scam. Go elsewhere, seriously!!!

Negative experience: I’d give them zero if it was an option!! Scams! Sheila needs to retire!! She uses info illegally obtained!! And also mistaken some info illegally obtained that was someone with the same 1st and last name, but not me, but she said it was me and I ended up having to re pay in full and have to attend these outdated classes again!! Complete B.S!! Retire already your no help in the work place anymore!! I literally thought I was in a second grade class..

Fantastic experience: Very awesome experience. You have to go in person cause nobody has time to answer phones. Not the employees fault. Just FYI. Overall 5 stars.

Negative experience: Why do you have a phone if you dont pick it up? I think you should take the phone number of the oage so that way people dont think the can call you guys for any questions they have! I call about 20 times or more and leave a voice massage to see if i can get a hold of them and never answer it so you guys should remove the phone number from the page! They costumer service is the worst i ever seeing!
