Negative experience: Took my 2024 Jeep to get it washed for the first time(not at dealership). The driver’s side fender is scratched through the paint to the primer. Front to back. Called location and left a message. I signed up for the membership that I will now be cancelling. Will update with how this goes.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience today! My tire was low and I thought Go had air, but no. However, Manager Aaron went to his car, pulled out his own air pump, and filled my tire. What a great representative for Go! Charming, sweet and generous. I love belonging to Go!

Fantastic experience: Been using for a few months now. Way better than Delta Sonic. More affordable, shorter lines, and unlike Delta Sonic, GO Carwash actually gets my car clean! Just switched my wife's membership over to them too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Signed up for Go Carwash’s $0.01 promo but never got a confirmation email. When I showed proof of payment at the location, the attendant just said, “That sucks,” and offered no help. Despite only using the service once and attempts to cancel, I was still charged for months. Poor service and unresolved billing issues. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Staff seemed like they couldn’t care less about being there. Had to wait a while before an employee realized i was waiting to be let into the wash
Fantastic experience: Great squeaky-clean wash then towel-dry remaining yourself at the vacuum bays. Their vacs have super suction and work really well. At $20.99/month it’s a great deal for unlimited washes. You can get the first 2 months for $10.99/month.

Fantastic experience: Went to this location after I had just rolled into a paint spill on the road. 5 gallon bucket of white paint all on my black vehicle. Anthony and Conor took the time to spray off all of the paint on my car and even let me run it through the wash again. There 5 extra minutes of worked saved me hours of work.

Negative experience: The kids in there are rude nasty do not know how to talk to their customers they're giving deals 1099 then they're giving some people a penny and then just very very rude nasty and your car ain't even dry

Fantastic experience: The best Go Car wash location in Rochester. Aaron and Anthony make sure to make sure my truck doesn’t leave with a single bug on it. A huge improvement from the webster store down the street and far better than Delta sonic.

Negative experience: Rude staff .. someone in front of me trunk was open and I’m trying to tell the employee who’s spraying the car and he’s looking at my like i have 3 heads.. i roll down the window a bit and he sprays me in the face. If i can give 0 stars i would! He didn’t care about the other persons trunk being open just kept spraying. Disgusting behavior

Negative experience: NEVER GO HERE Car wash left a massive scratch in my glass they said it isn’t their responsibility or fault even after admitting it was consistent with their equipment. I would rate this lower than 0 stars if I could.
