Negative experience: Just because they been in this location for ever doesn’t mean they give good service! I learn that the hard way.

Negative experience: They will take your money be aware ….. I have not finished all my lessons and I have my last lesson and test the same day and when I tried to reschedule the lesson within that time period they told me I had to pay again for the test …after paying 400 dollars

Fantastic experience: I went to this place for lessons and my road test. The instructor I had was Ray and he truly helped me. I never had any experience driving before this place and I passed on my first try. He was super knowledgeable, extremely helpful and so cool. The receptionist staff always kept me updated with rescheduling if needed by texting calling or emailing me reminders.

Negative experience: Horrible Experience. These people are really unprofessional I scheduled my road test for 1 PM got there at 12:30 and was left because they wanted to beat traffic and i was not able to take the road test and these people had nothing to say but “the reason was,there’s a lot of traffic” i WOULD NOT Recommend making an road test Appointment with this place!

Negative experience: Came here for some driving lessons. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. The driving instructor was awesome, however the front desk is super rude and unprofessional.

Positive experience: I just recently took my road test and passed! I’m so excited and happy! My driving instructor Reynolds was really the best and amazing. He was patient, friendly and really cared about me passing my road test. Reynolds is so knowledgeable and will teach you tips about passing the road test. I hope you all will luck up with Reynolds! By far the best driving instructor ever!!! To my new beginner drivers good luck!!! . I know you can do it.

Negative experience: The receptionists have disgusting attitudes. The packages aren’t explained & once you purchase your package you now have to wait for them to decide to schedule your road test. I was told that I can not pick up my 5Hour even though I payed. Horrible place, they don’t pick you up for your lessons. I had a family emergency & they didn’t let me reschedule my lesson nor did they reimburse me. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Negative experience: This was by far one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever been to. On the day of my driving lesson, I was greeted by an agent who told me my name was “too long”, and then proceeded to ask me “who named me that”. I paid for the 175 package 2 month prior to my road test just to make sure I had time to take off for work for lessons and for the road test. The night before my road test I was sent an email telling me my road test has been cancelled. I received no phone calls that day, and not to mention I had been at the office the day prior for a lesson with Tony. When I went in the next day to ask about why my road test was cancelled I was told the Agent Dani who was in charge of the Driving School was out for the day and that I would have to speak with her the next day or the following Monday, and there was nothing that they could do at that point. This was a very convenient place for me to do my driving lessons and road test, unfortunately the service is terrible, the agents are extremely unprofessional, and not to mention no one here communicates properly. I will never come back here! I advise anyone who doesn’t want to get scammed do the same.

Negative experience: I rarely ever write reviews, but I want to warn people that the driving school was very sketchy. The instructor was very nice but even he warned me that this course was a waste of money. The staff seemed sweet but they were not knowledgable and seemed to have no control over the operations. Not happy with the course or service!

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience today with instructor Tony. I only took 1 lesson with him and I passed my road test with 5 points off only. He taught me things that I needed to know during my lesson and before I was waiting to get road tested. Thank you very much Instructor Tony and I'm happy I chose this school with nice staff. Thank you!!..
