Fantastic experience: This was such a wonderful and positive school. The workers helped me with everything. I recommend this school to all of my family and friends. You won’t regret it I promise!

Negative experience: I enrolled at Truck Trailer Pro expecting professional, clear help using my federal WIOA grant for CDL training. Instead I ran into repeated mismanagement and misinformation: • I arrived with every document they requested, but staff refused to copy my paperwork and never provided required drug test paperwork. • The administration repeatedly changed instructions (e.g., told me to “put everything behind,” then reversed it) which left me confused and discouraged. • Staff attempted to charge me out of pocket for the DOT physical and drug test even though my federal grant covers those costs. An administrator even told me they would “reimburse” me for something the government was already paying for I have texts proving this. • When I asked for clarification and to have my funding properly applied, they accused me of being disrespectful and canceled my enrollment process. This experience felt like the school was protecting its own numbers instead of serving students. I’ve reported the situation to my local workforce office and will be transferring my funding. If you’re using government funding (WIOA/Selective Service eligibility), confirm everything in writing before you enroll.

From day one, the instructors were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in every student’s success. They don’t just teach you how to drive — they prepare you to build a career. Shoutout to Aylin and Buse for helping with onboarding, making sure I have everything I need before even starting any training and making sure I have what it takes to get my Permit. For Hector and Taner, for keeping it professional and friendly, making sure I understood every part of the vehicle and be confident behind the wheel while parking and practicing maneuvers. For Can and Ufuk, keeping the highest standards for this school, making sure everyone including the staff is taken care of, and overall being great instructors. The equipment is top-notch, the yard is well-organized, and the training is hands-on from start to finish. You’ll learn everything — from straight-line backing, offset backing, and alley dock maneuvers to road driving, shifting, and safety procedures — all in real trucks, not simulators. What really stood out was how much they care about getting you licensed and job-ready. They walk you through every step of the CDL permit process, pre-trip inspection, and road test, making sure you’re confident and ready to pass the first time. On top of that, they have great connections with reputable trucking companies, so finding a job after graduation was incredibly easy. If you’re looking for a CDL school with experienced instructors, real-world training, small class sizes, and a high pass rate, this is the place. I came in with zero experience and left with my CDL, a job offer, and a ton of respect for the trucking industry. Fantastic experience: Truck trailer pro is a Wonderful school, I have never imagine I would’ve been able to drive a big car. Now I am here driving a semi truck, I would suggest in fact recommend anyone attend this school. Full of experience instructors and so much patience with new students.

Negative experience: It’s a shady school, we had instructors who just sit down and do nothing and expecting you to learn by yourself. They had to fire him. They don’t care if you are not ready for the road test they just sign you up a date and if you failed you gotta pay them 393 dollars to take the road test again. I wouldn’t recommend this school. They played shady games there. Do not trust anybody they only after your money.

Fantastic experience: Alexangel here. I just finished taking the CDL class here, and would recommend this school to everyone that is thinking about getting their CDL. The price of the class is cheaper than the other schools in the area and the class takes 3 weeks. Also, the instructors in this school are very good teachers. As long as you listen to what they tell you, follow instructions and do your part by studying and practicing, you will pass the state CDL exam on the first try.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to help the professionals at Truck Trailer Pro CDL School secure their new space in the south end of Columbus. I deal with many new clients weekly, but I can honestly say that the people I met at Truck Trailer Pro CDL School were and are amazing. They told me the wished to make some improvements to the space so that it projected a professional and comfortable environment for their students. I came back 48 hours later, and I did not recognize the place. They went to great efforts to paint, furnish and redecorate their new space at 1170 Refugee Lane. I feel confident that they will also treat their students the same way. They go to great lengths to create a great learning environmental and a fun place for their students to learn.
