Negative experience: Traumatized by your driving instructor!! My kid came home crying to me about her driving instructor. Her name is belle she is very rude and she snaps on kids for making mistakes well driving. She has no patience even though the kids are learning for the FIRST time how to drive!!She even made a couple other of my friends kids cry because of how rude and snappy she was well they where driving!. I definitely do not recommend this school or that driving instructor at all she should not be able to teach the kids how to drive it’s unsafe for everyone in the car because of how much anxiety/anxiousness she puts into these kids. SO INCOMING PARENTS make sure your kids don’t not get belle she is a horrible driving instructor and should be fired for how she acts and makes these kids feel when they are NEW driver's.!!

Negative experience: The company is very unprofessional. What business has a number that says don't leave a voicemail. If you text them it sometimes takes days or weeks for them to return your car. Be sure you save the certificate from online school. They do not keep records and my son had to take the written portion twice. Once complete it took them 3 weeks to send that information to the DMV. Even the DMV guessed which driving school we were having problems with.....Choose anyone else.

Negative experience: This would be a ZERO if I could. Has no problem taking your money and promising drive time. Absolutely rude and unorganiozed. No actual way to schedule drive time unless you text him. In return you get a rude reply like he has no idea who you are everytime and why are you wasting his time. Also the car smells like wet dog, the instructor is on their phone the entire time and pays no attention to the student what so ever. My son completed his drive time with another school. I paid in full and recieved 1 class.

Fantastic experience: My two youngest children received their driving preparation here. (My two oldest had Drivers Ed in school.) Our experience was nothing but pleasant. I found the staff to be very personable and easy to talk to. On one occasion we had to reschedule an over-the-road driving time. I felt bad because I'm sure changes can throw a wrench in their schedules when they have so many students, but they were very accommodating. The education prepared them well.

Negative experience: After dealing with the terrible communication, 3 weeks after I paid and completed my last drive time they still haven't submitted my completion files to the DMV so I'm unable to get my drivers license.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever and this was only my daughter's 1st driving session. The instructor was rude and kept criticizing everything she did and made snide remarks when she didn't know how to do something (parallel park). When the other girl was driving, he spent entire time on his cell phone then made her stop at gas station for snacks. For what we're paying this school, this is unacceptable & unprofessional behavior.

Negative experience: Do not even bother, go for Rock Valley instead. First off, the classroom portion was educational and great. Nothing negative there. Everything else on the other hand, unbelievable. Scheduling is the first problem. Always seem to be misplacing paper work and asking you to make payments you already made. Then, when you text them to schedule it takes forever for them to get back. Once I texted them again just to make sure, and they responded in the RUDEST WAY POSSIBLE. "Wow, learn some patience" they said. Perhaps be more considerate. Now, the drive times. Horrendous. One instructor in particular was unbearable (Keith, I believe). He was always unnecessarily rude to me and would make me and other students stop so he could get himself snacks. I learned absolutely nothing through him. The other instructors I had were great though, no complaints there. Very informative and communicated well in that aspect. Overall, not great.

Negative experience: I am only giving a star because the online classroom portion was well done, but that is done by another company. This school is extremely disorganized and the communication was horrendous. All communication is done through text messaging; including scheduling drive times. It takes weeks to even schedule a drive time, which is at least a month out. My daughter just barely got her requirements done within the 6 months. I would recommend Rock Valley over them any day.

Negative experience: I’m only giving 1 star because I have to!! BDDS is thee most unorganized, unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with!! Takes days to get a response from your texts and when they do finally decide to respond they are rude. They also kept a check for 2 weeks before cashing it, I accounted for the check but write so few checks that I forgot about it when it didn’t get taken out of the bank during our pay period so it didn’t get deducted from our next pay period because I expected it to already be cashed!! Wrong...and now I’m stuck with the over draft fee!! We will definitely not be using them again!!
