Negative experience: They were absolutely horrible they never answered for scheduling, the driving instructor I had is currently going through court because of how much of a weirdo he was and how uncomfortable he mad me feel. How could they hire someone like that in the first place especially with him being in the car with minors.
Negative experience: Don’t do it! She will take your money and never respond to schedule. Never answers phone, email or website form. Currently have a dispute for $475.00. Filing a formal complaint with the help of the DOT. This “company” needs to be shut down. Update: Fight for your money back. DMV helped me as well as Visa. It was a pain but worth it. My daughter is now using Just Driver. Ezra has been great.
Fantastic experience: They did a great job helping our son, went above and beyond to help him get his temps, and were very easy to work with. They have been very responsive to our concerns. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: This is a great driving school. Both of my children attended this class and had a great experience with Angie. Angie is great to work with, very patient and reliable.

Fantastic experience: I give kudos to this driving school the instruction is truly on a level of excellence and professionalism, that can be received both in the car and in the classroom. My son received his license through the education received from this school and every person that rides with him including my self feel safe and in good hands.
Negative experience: My daughter got her permit the second week of june. Immediately started trying to schedule behind the wheel. It is now 9/29 and we still haven't heard from them. I have called and emailed weekly. She has called and emailed weekly. There is no response. All of the Ozaukee drivers ed programs are backed up, but this is the only one I've heard of that doesn't answer any calls or emails at all. Buyer beware.
Negative experience: So, even contact 6 believes this woman's lies. She apparently was more than willing to schedule lessons; problem is, she never returned calls to do it! If I had the time, I would pursue this just out of principal that I don't like being taken advantage of but I have better things to spend my time on, keep the money Angela!
Negative experience: Signed up at the end of June for Behind-the-Wheel lessons. It is now the beginning of August and have had NO communication whatsoever from them; not a single returned phone call or email and no lessons have been scheduled. I have reported to my bank (because they have also ignored my cancellation & refund requests), but the bank has not received any response either. They have escalated the case to the credit card companies to investigate why they are still taking money while not providing services! Hoping for a good resolution for all those affected by this.
Negative experience: BEWARE!!! Have called numerous times. No response. They can not fulfill lessons and when they do there are almost always late.
Negative experience: I paid for the behind the wheel package MONTHS ago and have yet to get my son in for a single lesson! They have canceled lessons the same day and then no response to multiple emails.
Negative experience: Please do not consider this business at all. They will take your money and not call you back for scheduling lessons. Avoid them!!!
Negative experience: Do not use this company, they have not responded to 3 weeks of phone calls and emails to set up a driving lesson. If you or your teenager want to complete the instructor led driving lessons and get a license in a timely manner, use another company.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with this school!! Tony was a fabulous in class instructor who held the kids attention and made it interesting and fun. Colleen, in the office, was super accommodating with scheduling behind the wheels and Nick was an excellent behind the wheel instructor because he was so calm. We used another local school for my older kids and this experience was so much better. Would absolutely recommend!

Negative experience: I was a student at A-plus and I strongly encourage you to spend the extra money for a different company it is definitely worth it. Many times throughout my behind the wheel experience my instructor was very late, showing up in old broken down cars, and often used my driving time to pick up other students or make trips to her office thus taking away time from my driving. The OWNER Angie often spoke very rudely to me when trying to teach me certain driving skills if I did not understand the first time. On my final behind the wheel lesson Angie the instructor surprised me with a “mock driving test” without telling me prior. Due to not having adequate teaching she believed that I was not a ready driver and marked every single point off on my test. Now that COVID is around the DMV is offering a waiver for the real test, but now Angie is refusing to answer her phone and send the DMV my documents saying I’ve completed the course even though I have. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Negative experience: The instructor was often late to the lessons. They were also slow to return messages to schedule the behind the wheel lessons. Upon completion of the program, the owner had failed to send the appropriate completion paperwork to the DMV. (We are still waiting and she has failed to return 3 phone messages.) The owner was also unprofessional in how she handled concerns from my student driver. Advice...pay the extra $50 to use the services of other driving schools. Disappointed.
Fantastic experience: Nothing but excellent things to say about this company. My daughter had no problem completing the online course. (Dedication required) Easy to schedule her driving appointments and they work with you. Helpful,friendly people here. Special shout out to Colleen. She handled all my questions and then some and made this possible stressful time a piece of cake! MUCH better experience then our close friends experience with Just Drive. Gtown family gives this company 5+ stars!
Negative experience: A-Plus Driving school should be renamed to F-Plus Driving School. We sent the $100 deposit fee in as requested. On the first day of class when I was trying to pay the balance I was questioned about the initial $100 deposit fee. I stated to (Angie) not sure who does the books but our check was cashed. Strike (1) The behind the wheel instructor was LATE AT ALL SIX behind the wheel lessons. There were times when myself, another student waiting, or my daughter would have to call to make sure she was on her way. My daughter missed out on actual drive time due to this. Strike (2) On the day of my daughter's driving test for her driver's license, the DMV personnel told us the completion registration form had not been submitted by A-Plus Driving School. My daughter was unable to get her license on that day. We had to go back the next day and wait all over again. (Strike 3) The Better Business Bureau will be notified.
