Precision Driving Academy

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Precision Driving Academy of Mandeville. The school is well-organized, and everyone I interacted with was professional, dedicated, and truly committed to helping students succeed. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Nadine Dillon for her exceptional instruction and guidance. She is incredibly patient, professional, and supportive, always taking the time to fine-tune my weak areas and build my confidence behind the wheel. Thanks to her clear explanations and calm, encouraging approach, I not only learned safe driving skills but also truly enjoyed the entire learning process. I feel very fortunate to have had Mrs. Nadine as my instructor — she transformed me into a confident driver, and I’m proud to say I passed my road test on my first attempt. I highly recommend Precision Driving Academy, and especially Mrs. Nadine, to anyone looking for a positive and effective learning experience.

Positive experience: Class was mid couldn't use phone they confiscated them like bruh come on can't even use a phone like who really wants to pay attention the stuff they teach is literally all common sense like I passed the test 100% and I literally just used common sense didn't even pay attention like bruh. The only part that was pretty rad was the driving itself.

Negative experience: Didn't show up,on last schedule driving course. Date got changed without notification.

Fantastic experience: My daughter will complete her class tomorrow, and seems to be enjoying it. She is learning the rules of the road, & the folks there seem friendly. She will get to take the written part of the driving test at the school. I think after her 8 hours of driving they also administer the driving test.

Negative experience: We were disappointed with the customer service at this driving school. We walked into the office to ask for information regarding driving courses. There was no one up front. We walked into the classroom fool of students. Hardly found someone to ask questions, but it didn't help. Lady at the office didn't answer questions we asked, picked up the phone and talked for a while! We were in hurry and left her a phone number to call us back. She didn't call us back, we had to call her.

Positive experience: After initial driving session we had some concerns and reservations. The team at Precision immediately addressed the concerns and put us at ease. As parents we only want what is best for our children and regardless of age protect them however we can. The overall experience with Precision has been good and would recommend them for your student drivers. Trust in the fact that if you have legitimate concerns or questions, they will address them promptly. Thank you Precision for your customer service and the experience!

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment, but when I tried to go and fill out paperwork the place was closed. I'm here right now and it isn't supposed to close until 5 pm, but the place is dark and locked. Ridiculous.

Negative experience: The class wasnt bad but sxjeduling drives was hell i waited more than 40 min for them to call me back about a drive that the onstructor necer showed up for

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough about Precision Driving Academy. Their instructors were very detailed. They made everything so easy for my daughter to understand. The were very fair and honest with her assessments. The whole experience was very convenient for us because of the weekend classes and the instructors picking up at the house for the driving part of the course. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for a driving school for their new driver.
