Negative experience: Paid the $500, daughter took 8hrs of classroom training and then they quit communicating. Wouldnt respond to text, wouldnt return voicemails or phonecalls. Several others that we talked to said they were behind on in cars as well. Avoid at all costs, they basically stole our money

Fantastic experience: Both of my children went here, one right after covid, the other finished September 2022. So we had the last ones test scheduled was on a Wednesday bit had not received her certificate because we scheduled it like three days after we got the paper to have notarized but called on a Tuesday and they came through and got us all the documents that we needed. AFTER THEY WAS CLOSED FOR THE DAY. Bestest people ever!

Negative experience: SO devastated!!! Arranged to have someone meet us with the driver's ed car an hour before my son's driver's test to practice and take the test in and no showed us!! No one answering, VM full. From the beginning there were issues. Save your time & money and go with someplace more reliable!!

Negative experience: I advise everyone to do their homework on driving schools in the area. We contacted several in the summer of 21' to find the best option for my daughter. We specifically asked about the timeline from start to finish. While AAA was around 6 weeks, Neff's claimed to be 2 months. To save a few dollars we chose Neff's, which was a huge mistake. My daughter started class in October and finished the classroom with no major issues. We were instructed they would call to schedule the driving portion. We patiently waited, when December rolled around, we called them. We was instructed she was about 40 days out. We waited through the holidays then called in January. This time I was told she was 8 th in line and about 40 days away. I called again near the end of February to be told she was 9th in line!! As of March 9 th she's still 9th in line with no drive date in sight. They blame only having one instructor. My daughter has been 16 for a month and still can't take her test. At this point, we have given up on Neff and filed a BBB complaint requesting a refund so she can go thru AAA. Lesson learned for 18 months from now and my son learning to drive. We did find out through AAA that each drivers school only has 6 months by law to complete each student. The dates they give us now are past that 6 month deadline. Beware for the sake of your child getting their license, go elsewhere!!!

Positive experience: The schooling was good and i had an amazing instructor, but when it came to driving with the instructors it has taken over a month just to get driving time in and i spent almost 400 dollars

Fantastic experience: Mr. Neff is one of the coolest people I know. He turned me from a skiddish Baby who Feared everything while in a car to a more Confident grown young adult. I feel vary bad for failing on my first test ,it is in no way his fault. I messed up on a stop sign and didn't make a COMPLETE stop. If I could somehow show my gratitude to Mr. Neff in a better way ,I would. For now though I will help by giving him the 5 star Rating he deserves. You rock Mr. Neff. I cannot wait to pass my test the next time and make you proud. ❤️

Negative experience: Waiting months for in car driving with instructor. Class was done in early February and is now June. Get a money back guarantee for completion of ENTIRE course before signing up.
