Fantastic experience: Working with Drivers education has been really easy. They respond really quickly and always answer all questions. My instructor Shaun has been great & extremely patient with me. He always follows up with materials I can use to improve my driving.

Fantastic experience: We were so pleased with Driver Education Center out of Stratford. Shaun does a great job teaching the rules of the road & preparing kids for the driving exam.my son passed first time with no issues. The course was easy for my teenager to manage on his own & the driving was so flexible with Shaun providing the vehicle & pick up & drop off. This was my last of 3 kids learning to drive & Shaun’s program by far made it the easiest

Fantastic experience: I just passed the road test and I can say that this Driving School made the experience much easier for me. The staff is professional and nice. The instructor Shaun taught me everything step by step with patience and explaining it in an easy way. Another thing that I found helpful was the summary email at the end of each driving lesson, concluding where I should focus to improve my driving skills and writing each process step by step. I would highly recommend this Driving School because I had a very good experience with the professional staff, I learned how to drive and feel more secure behind the wheels.

Fantastic experience: Shaun is a fantastic driving instructor. Both my husband and I have learned to drive with Shaun and all of our interaction with the school has been smooth and professional. He is experienced and extremely calm. This helped reduce my anxiety which in turn made my lessons enjoyable. He succinctly explains road regulations while driving and will patiently go over them again as and when you forget. At the end of each session we would go over areas of improvement and things that went well. This helps gauge what you need to focus on before the next class. We drove in different traffic conditions and he gave me a couple of highway lessons, upon request. While you may not need this to pass the road test, I found it extremely helpful that my 1st time on the highway was with a certified and experienced instructor. My road test was a few months after our lessons finished and he was super encouraging and very kindly sent detailed instructions on preparation for the road test and general driving tips - this was quite helpful. I passed my road test on the 1st try and having an instructor that instills confidence in you, goes a long way.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but a great experience. Instructor Rivera was awesome. Really patient, kind, and went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience. If there were any delays, he always made it a point to make up for it, always communicated/updated me. He was super encouraging and made the overall experience feel safe and do-able. Could not recommend him/his business more.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor really helped me understand the do’s and donts of the road, and I got my license first try! I really loved the way they taught me how to drive even though I’m a little slow at learning new things. This business is extremely understanding, forgiving, and most of all very helpful when it comes to learning how to drive.

Fantastic experience: Did my adult driver's license with Shaun - everything went super smooth. He's a great instructor, very precise, and he makes sure you know all the little details that are needed to pass the road test. Also very flexible so I could get my license in no time. Great experience from A to Z!

Fantastic experience: You know what the experience was entirely worth it. Sometimes my instructor Mr. Rivera thought I played around too much but he's really, really nice as long as you get on his good side. He's amazing, best mentor ever. He's very very gnarly. The teachers from the program instruct their students to keep a cool head for the most part and teach you tactics/habits to do so. I passed on my very first try with them. Mind you driving schools are very expensive. But they are a bit noticeably cheaper than other driving schools who may teach you the same but can't help you be successful. The teachers from the program are also very knowledgeable of many areas in CT as much as they can to the best of their ability not to mention their extensive, extensive experience behind the wheel as well. Just have respect for the insight provided by the teachers, respect them for their tutelage as mentors for driving, listen to their critiques and take them into account to learn as a student. Be careful while you are on the road, that's all. Good luck to everybody.

Fantastic experience: I learned to drive with Shaun last year, and passed first time! Shaun was super knowledgeable, supportive, and really great at keeping me focused (as I was a very nervous student!) when I would get flustered. Overall a great experience and I'd recommend Shaun to anyone who is nervous about starting driving!

Negative experience: multiple times i called trying to see if the staff sent me the email i repeated to them so many times the lady cut me off me off from talking as if she got it and didn’t , i was suppose to get a call back from them i never got a call back , she told me everything will be ok the next day and it’s still the same bs

Negative experience: Driver Education Center Monday, Jul 20 · 11:01 AM Driver Education Center Hi! How can I help you today? I am completely outraged! Whoever they have answering the phones has absolutely no notion of what customer service is.. if i could I would give 0 stars. This woman's lack of professionalism & vocabulary are something the owner should be looking into. All I wanted is for her to check if they rescheduled my road test appointment and if they were giving any driving lessons since I paid for all of that in advance. But the minute she was out of responses she hang up on me. I tried to call many times and she puts me straight to vm. I am definitely doing something about this and I am going to report my credit card company about this issue. And I will take my business somewhere else!

Negative experience: The driving instructor (shaun) was late, he did not make me feel comfortable on the road & kept yelling at me to relax and be confident like I was a child (I’m 35 years old) Another driving school would be a better choice folks.

Positive experience: I received good attention from the staff, and the curse that I took was ok
