Negative experience: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MIKE is very UNPROFESSIONAL. After giving me time on Sunday he didn’t turn up neither he felt like to inform me even . And when I called he DIDN’T PICK UP the phone too . So I sent him msg Very UN PROFESSIONAL. MIKE sent me msg after 2 days that he is MORE interested teaching to TEENS instead of ADULTS. (LOL) Can read the conversation. So ADULTS MIKE is not interested teaching you .

Fantastic experience: Seriously, any negative reviews have to be a complete anomaly. Mike is extremely patient, knowledgeable and reasonable. I felt 1000% percent comfortable with him. He’s a consimate professional and clearly knows his craft. You cannot go wrong choosing this school. I would unequivocally recommend this school to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Mike is a excellent driving teacher. He taught my son whom had never drove a vehicle before a day in his life how to drive great, and he did it more quicker than I could have ever imagine. I highly recommend him!!!!!

Negative experience: Michael Mallory was 20 minutes late for the lesson. Secondly, my 17yr olf daughter said that Michael was very rude and impatient. She was very uncomfortable and for that reason, will never use his services again nor recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely glad, that I met such a professional, competent, patient and knowledgeable instructor as Mike. He was very helpful and always went out of his way to schedule me around the time that worked best for me. I learned K turn, parallel parking and driving on the highway plus a lot of helpful tips from him. I passed the road test in Newark at the first attempt with no problem because he taught me every single detail that will be in the road test. I am much more confident now when sitting behind the wheel. I'm grateful and will highly recommend him to everyone I know. Getting the license and doing the test was very hard to think about, but Mike made it a piece of cake. I really appreciate his efforts. Thank you, Mike.

Fantastic experience: Michael is an excellent instructor. I recently moved to New Jersey and is new with this place and its rules. Michael helped me to learn how to drive well on these roads. He taught parallel parking , K-turn , Straight Reverse with great expertise which helped me to pass the road test. I am grateful for his patience in teaching me everything about driving. He is an instructor you would want to learn driving from and that too with high standards of driving.

Fantastic experience: Mike has a calm, light demeanor that should relax anyone. Taught my son, he rescheduled and accommodated us on 2 occasions. Made my son very comfortable behind the wheel. After his 6 hours, I switched him to my ponderous SUV, and in about 1 week he's been able to adjust to that car. I don't think you can expect much more in 6 hours of instruction. Fully confident he'll pass his road test, will update in a few months.

Fantastic experience: If you are searching for a driving school, your search is over! Pro City Driving School is the best driving school for you. If you are looking for the easiest way to learn parrallel parking; Michael Mallory has a point location system that always works to get you right into the parking space (without hiting any cone). It never fails! I call Michael the parallel parking MAGICIAN! lol I personally tried four different driving schools/instructors before coming to Pro City Driving School. I hate that I waisted so much money with other driving schools when I could have learned faster and easier due to Michael Mallory's instruction. Futhermore, My first test was in Wayne, NJ which is supposedly the easiet driving test site in NJ, but because I had a different instructor at the time (who was not as efficient as Michael), I did not pass. Thank goodness that right after this unfortunate event I contacted Michael (because of my older brother, thanks big bro)!. Here are a few things I would like to share with anyone who is searching for the right driving school for them: One, communication and being able to instruct/teach an individual without belittling or making the student feel insecure is extremely important. Positive instruction never fails! Two, allowing the student to make a minor mistake (one that is not life threating) that they can learn from is essential. So that on the road they can properly assess what ever situation that may arise; teaching them to become more aware/defensive drivers. Third, having an instructor who is fun/kind never hurts! These are all the attributes/intructions that I found and recieved from my instructor Michael Mallory. AND…….Guess what, as a result, I was able to pass my second road test at Randolf, New Jersey (which is said to be one, if not one of the hardest testing sites in New Jeresy) on December 17, 2015. I passed the test with flying colors, like putting icing on cake. The test was smooth and easy! Not saying that you don't have to put in the work because practice makes perfect (truly not a cliche). PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME ON OTHER DRIVING SCHOOLS.. WHEN PRO CITY DRIVING SCHOOL…WILL CERTAINLY MAKE YOU A PRO AT DRIVING WITHOUT A DOUBT. Fantastic experience: Mike Mallory at Pro City Driving is a fantastic driving instructor. My son took all of his lessons in a single week, and by the end of that week we could not believe how well he could drive already. We credit Mike for being a patient, fun, and enthusiastic teacher. My son not only learned how to drive, he also learned to enjoy driving. Also thought Pro City's price was quite reasonable when we compared them to other local driving schools.Will definitely use Pro City again next year, when our other son turns 16. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This driving school really helped me out, in that they were always on-time, any questions I had they answered quickly and the instructor taught me safely and also we had a great time. My instructor realized i was scared and helped me fix that no problem. And he also tailored my lessons to fit what i needed as a driver and how to approach that subject safely and fast. I would go here again and i highly recommend this as a 16 year old looking for a school to take lessons at.

Positive experience: Mike Mallory, thanks so much for making me feel extremely comfortable through my learning process. your calm demeanor was always very reassuring , your teaching of vehicles reference points helped me understand the lane position of my car, your 7 step 20 minute parallel parking lesson made parking so easy. you came highly recommended and you were worth every penny. I will recommend you to all my friends..and thanks, walking around the car for the blind spot demonstration. you're right that our Mirrors can be very misleading!..cover the brake, hand over hand & push pull steering, chin to shoulder, three second following distance, point of no return...and your many other catch phrases were very, very professional. maybe you have trained over 3500 16 yr olds in your 13 yrs + in the business..keep up the great work helping to make NJ roads safer...

Fantastic experience: My 16 year-old son had some challenges going into his 6 hour behind the wheel driver training. The instructor adjusted his teaching style for the boy and had him successfully performing all of the major functions of safe driving reliably and repeatably within the 6 hours. When his instructor, my son, and I were in the car for the final ride, I found my son comfortable in his skills, the instructor clear and calm in his instructions and I was very surprised to be at ease with Julian's driving. My greatest thanks and respect go to Pro City and the instructor, Mike. He was always on time for my son's lessons, and was competent, courteous and engaged in my son's progress. I highly recommend Pro City, and will use them again for my younger son, and both their road tests.

Negative experience: Mike was never on time and at times would not show up for an appointment. I had a horrible experience and had to change to a different driving school one week before my driving test. Save yourself the trouble and get someone else.
