Fantastic experience: Great service I'm very excited with them!!!!!
Negative experience: Do not use this driving school! They said it would take about a week to schedule a road test, over two months later and it’s still not scheduled. They do not return telephone calls or text messages. We are on the second week in a row that lessons have been cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. They basically took our money up front and are now not providing the services promised and not responding to inquiries.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand your frustration. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the delays and lack of communication you’ve described.
Scheduling road tests can sometimes take longer than anticipated due to DMV backlogs and limited availability, but that should have been communicated clearly and consistently on our end. We also understand how last-minute cancellations can be disruptive, and we are actively working to improve our scheduling and communication process to prevent this from happening in the future.
Fantastic experience: The best driving school everrr!!! My instructor Ms. Soli was patient, supportive, fun, and had such positive energy that radiated and made me feel super comfortable, safe, and confident when practicing my driving. Interboro Driving School and the staff are super communicative, helpful, and friendly. Definitely recommend!
Negative experience: Still waiting for my 5 hour class certificate 1 month later. No organization

Fantastic experience: I would like to update my review because Interboro has completely rectified the situation. I am currently taking driving lessons and I am so happy with the amount of patience and professionalism Carlos has displayed. Thank you so much for making this right for me. * * This “driving school” has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Driving instructor never showed up for any of my scheduled lessons. No call or email to Explain why. I’ve been calling for several weeks, and get the run around. I haven’t been issued a refund even though I requested one. They were super quick to charge me for the lessons though. Is this an actual company?! Still waiting to find out
