Negative experience: Very poor customer service very unprofessional

Positive experience: Sometimes the driver instructors are not on time so the people have to wait but other than that it's an all right place

Negative experience: Save yourself some headache and do not use these guys! They are absolutely ridiculous when it comes to the driving portion. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone. They don’t call or text back for days.

Positive experience: I appreciate the owner being able to apologize and own a mistake. Very kind and unexpected in this day and age.

Negative experience: Makes appointments and when you get there nobody’s aware that you have one!

Fantastic experience: My son completed the driver's course at Red River and he loved it. He said that they made the class fun. He was a little nervous during the driving part, but the lady put his mind at ease. He passed and was happy. He learned things about driving laws that I wasn't aware of. We recommend Red River for all students!

Negative experience: Unprofessional can’t answer phones

Fantastic experience: Dan and Deah Adams were both awesome instructors. The classroom was 100% and I felt my daughter learned a lot. The Behind the wheel instruction was more than I thought it would be. They brought my daughter though downtown streets and taught her not just what the law dictates but ran her through scenarios where she would have to use her common sense navigate unknown roads. I was very satisfied with their school. Once my daughter completed her class I could tell after driving with her that she is ready to take on the road. Thanks again Dan & Deah for all you help.
