Fantastic experience: Quick, easy and painless. Showed up, took the road test and passed. Idk what all the fuss is about.

Negative experience: Customer service is awful. Teenagers with attitude problems. However, drivers test is professional and decent. Staff on the other hand needs attitude adjustment and quite possibly a hug they never got at home.

Negative experience: Please do not waste your money in this school, they charge $115 for an hour and half which is utter nonsense

Fantastic experience: Suprisingly after reading all the reviews- I became nervous taking my Road Test with them and what made me nervous was that a girl before me failed and that made me a little uneasy. But GOOD NEWS I Passed and it was super easy only lasted 4-6 minutes and I was good to go! Just don't get to over in your head and dont freak and youll be fine!

Positive experience: From all I had read, there were no great options for my daughter to do Drivers Ed. We ultimately and apprehensively chose Tri-Town (Agganis), there were a couple of problems early on, but ultimately a very good experience thanks to one of their employees. First: Classroom Drivers Ed Easy process for registering, but received a last minute notification that the classes would be held in Wilmington rather than Woburn. This was a bit disappointing since we had planned on our daughter being able to walk. The class itself was fine and she passed her permit test without issue. Second: Lessons/Scheduling road test As soon as she got her permit, we began trying to use the online system to schedule lessons and her road test. This proved impossible. No lessons available from August until January. Attempted calls/vms/emails to Tri-Town were never answered. I also tried stopping into the Woburn location to speak with someone, but it was locked up. At this point, knowing that Tri-town and Agganis were related, I stopped into the Agganis location in Reading. There, I met Koren who within a few days had all of my daughter’s lessons and test date scheduled. She was very responsive via email/text. From this point, everything went as planned and our experience really went from awful to great....all because of Koren. I feel that they really need to find a better online system or abandon it completely. Kids and families do not always have the luxury of being able to take a last-minute lessons available through a text message. Cramming all of the lessons into a short period of time as their road test approaches Seems to be the norm, but doesn’t allow students to practice the learned skills between lessons. Overall, I would say that once we gained access to the learning Tri-Town/Agganis adequately prepared my daughter for getting her license. Gaining that access through the company’s suggested path was a frustrating process, but once we bypassed that, things worked out very well. One final shout out to Koren who single-handedly salvaged our experience!

Negative experience: They fail people for the most ridiculous reasons, so they can get more money out of the parents, and you have a better chance at getting the Pope on the phone than theses people

Negative experience: Beware, it's definitely a scam for your money! Absolutely no difference in any actions taken from the initial test to the second, yet first time was a fail. They try to get your money twice...or three times, if they can! And my advice is if you by chance get the woman with the dark hair for your road test, just cancel and say you need to reschedule. Just awful!

Negative experience: It’s a very tricky place. I didn’t experience any rude attitude but they fail you for minor mistake like pull over ‘too close to curb’ on a NON-curb road and then they can give you a bible-long speech regarding the mistake. Avoid doing the road test there if you can, but there are still chances that they will let you pass especially after you have been robbed several times already by them.

Negative experience: Agree with everyone else. Do not go here! They have cancelled all my daughters classes, (But didn't hesitate to take my money) This place is a joke

Negative experience: This school offers no availability for lessons. Do not waste your money. They finally tell you that you have to sign up for a road test to get the lesson you have already paid for. Then they still offer no lessons.

Negative experience: So I originally had a drivers license test booked late September, but half a week before they postponed it to the Wednesday after. so then I asked them to reschedule it to a Saturday or Sunday, so the date for the new test was sometime in October. In October, I emailed them as to what time of the day and where the test would take place and I was informed that I was never actually rescheduled to October, so then they moved the appointment to sometime in November, but I was busy that day so I asked for the test to be moved to December 29th. On December 27th, once again, I email them asking for exactly what time my test would be. I get my reply on January 3rd, saying they can reschedule the driving test. At this point I just cancelled the test with them, not worth it.

Negative experience: Worst place EVER! Firstly, there is no State mandate for any school about what they teach. So, each school can do what they want and in this case, as little as they want. The class time does not actually teach kids how to drive but is spent watching car accident videos ad nauseum. The in class instructor is well liked by the kids but they do not actually TEACH them how to drive using the rules of the road. It's main focus in on drinking and driving and videos. My son's first road lesson was with an instructor who yelled at him for not knowing how to do a 3 point turn and the instructor told my son that it was my job to teach him not the school's!! WFH? Utter thieves these people are. Not sure there are any other better schools out there but this one is horrible. The money possibly saved in insurance by completing a course is spent for the course- so, it's a wash. Maybe it's best to just go it alone and teach your kids yourself. This is a waste of A LOT of time, money and frustration. Their instructors are thugs and idiots and lack any kind of didactic knowledge or road awareness. Their online scheduling is a smoke screen- it does't actually work. Then they don't answer emails or phone calls for follow up scheduling. Disgusted and feeling robbed of my hard earned money.

Negative experience: was scheduled to take a driving test at agganis, I guess they transferred me here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ROAD TEST HERE. they repeatedly rescheduled my test. then, when it finally came time to take the test the instructor was rude, ridiculously exacting, and constantly talking to her friend sitting in the back seat. didn't let me adjust the side mirrors. then she asked me to pull up to the curb. obviously I couldn't see the curb, still tried to pull up without hitting it but she failed me for not pulling in close enough. absolute trash heap of a person, constantly loudly berating me and the girl who went before me. the only shining light in this turd pile was the girl at the front desk, who was extremely nice and understanding. still, they tried to make me sign up for another attempt right after I failed. obviously they're trying to juice people's pockets. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR YOUR ROAD TEST HERE. THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY.

Fantastic experience: I took my first two driving tests at Nashoba Valley Auto... I failed the first time because of some minor mistake that I think they may have even made up lol. My second test I had a complete anxiety attack and failed. ... But then someone suggested Agganis for my test, I booked it and it took less than a month to get me in, the test was super easy and short and I passed. Great place to take your test.. third time’s a charm lol :)

Negative experience: They are just interested in money. Failing our road test 2 times on purpose to get us on their 475$ coaching classes. I am a 2 years practices driver in Alabama with limited term license. I just needed to pass road test in MA. But shocked by their evaluation, they just gave false comments and failed me twice. When I asked for explanation they need me to join as student with one of their expensive classes. And as another reviewer said, they just don’t answer calls/ reply to emails. We lost 400$ for 2 road tests. Very bad and not recommended.
