Fantastic experience: Monica is awesome I have been dealing with her for a couple of weeks with my grandson she is very honest she lets you know what you need and what you don't need I had a small problem I called her after hours and she called me that evening even though the business was closed I highly recommend her and mr. Goodman the instructor was awesome with my grandson thank you so much Monica. I will be calling you back when it's time for my other grandchildren

Positive experience: I called and left a few messages; Monica called me back few days later with details and prices. I told her my daughter will be the one using the services. I had to call a few times to get everything straight. Monica set everything up and my daughter will be starting lessons soon. Monica thank you for your patience with me as I may have been annoying with all the phone calls. I do truly appreciate all the details and kindly helping me and my daughter with services.

Negative experience: Lady seems nasty. Falsely claiming in reviews that customers “abuse” her. Seems like someone won’t ever admit they were being abusive, rude and unprofessional themselves first to begin with. The pattern of reviews obviously indicate the problem is the owner’s wife. These old Karens never seem to have the level of professionalism to show respect to customers, even if they themselves are in the wrong, nor apologize. So gross.

Fantastic experience: Don’t bother calling any other driving school. Monica (the owner) is thorough and honest. She will steer you in the right direction and gives good advice even if it means losing your business. For instance, my son waited to get his permit, and she let me know that lessons weren’t necessary, and that we could wait until he turned 17 to take his driving test without the cost of lessons. We opted for lessons anyway. He took his written test in her office (for a small extra fee). Michelle was his driving instructor and she was wonderful. She sat with me when he was finished and went over his strengths and weaknesses. Neither driving school I chose for my two daughters did this. They just dropped my kids off and left. Michelle walked me through the process in detail. I read a few reviews that said Monica is rude. I didn’t have that experience. She is a straight shooter, but I really appreciate that about her. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommended

Positive experience: I’m not sure who spoke to me on the phone this morning, but the lady was unnecessarily rude. I never write reviews but oh my god. It’s 9 in the morning. I think there was a little confusion on what we discussed earlier, and I was told when I called previously there wasn’t a spot available and that when the person on the phone got home they would call back and see what they can do. But she got very upset with me because I didn’t call THEM back, and starting arguing with me and speaking to me like a child. The situation is settled because I found another driving school (like two weeks ago?). I don’t know but I hope this is a unique experience, maybe someone was having a bad morning. I’m not giving them one star bc i don’t believe they’re a terrible driving school based on a single phone call, hey you can’t beat $75. Not a bad price for a road test. But to whoever that was, I really hope your day gets better, and everything works out. I know I’ll probably get a snarky reply trying to refute everything I just said, but honestly, it is what it is and I just hope your day goes better. :)

Fantastic experience: Monica was awesome! She was able to get my twins road test appointments back to back when I couldn’t even get them on the schedule until September. I felt like I was dealing with a friend - personal & lovely! Thanks Monica for a great experience for my girls!

Negative experience: This woman is SO NASTY! She never calls back! She tried telling me i need to wait to get my daughter her permit. She then says “call someone else!” And hangs up on me!!!! I will make it my duty for people to know how mean and nasty she is! Beyond unprofessional!!!!! What a horrible business owner!!!! I’d give her a zero stars if it allowed me to!!!

Fantastic experience: Monica is the greatest most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My son had his driving test today scheduled at 300 pm and the concierge car that was supposed to bring the car at 130 told me that they had no vehicle after I was charged 220. So here I am 45 minutes until the test and no car. I called several places to no avail, then I called Silver Auto and Monica calmed me down and got a car there in 30 minutes AMAZING! My son passed! Thankyou so much Monica!!

Negative experience: the lady monica was very rude and unprofessional she was screaming at me because I asked when the car would be available for a road test the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life I would suggest people to keep looking and past this place she brings her personal drama into work and takes it out on the customers

Fantastic experience: Monica was super helpful-- eventhough we did not use Silverauto due to our home location being much further North. I called Silverauto on a whim (because NJ DMV does not answer their phone) and Monica did not have to help us-- daughter in tears because driver license test was cancelled due to weather-- but she did anyway. If Monica treats her non-paying customers like she did for us, I can only imagine the service paying customers receive. Thanks Monica-- so much appreciated. The Nelson Family

Fantastic experience: They provided training for all three of my children and our family could not be more pleased. Very responsive, walked you through the process, and provided quality training. This was not money well spent, rather well invested. A big thank you to Monica and the staff.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend, spoke with Monica who was very professional and helpful and worked in my interest to save me money. She was very happy when I called her back to let her know that I got my license. By far the most honest driving school I called out of the almost 10 I spoke to before getting in contact with her.

The instructor, Rob, is passionate about what he does and is compassionate to the driving student. His expertise and patience helped me to be fully prepared for my driving test (which, thanks to his preparation, I passed the first time). Entire, unreserved recommendation.
