Negative experience: I really tried to give these people a benefit of a doubt But you know what they don't deserve it because my daughter was taking lessons they only gave her 3 and she needs 6 they came 2 visits and all of a sudden they stop answering the phone and then I got them again after 2 weeks and they came one visit now not answering the phone again and her test is coming up in 3 weeks this don't make any sense this is how you run a business the instructor was always late and the office was not far from me so I went there no drivig schoo I told them i wanted to make sure they would be available for all of her lessons and test they dont care not honorable people now we have to find a new school in this short period of time DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: The instructor was great. Very professional and knows his stuff. He made the tough things easy. I felt like I had a cheat code for parallel parking. He’s also stern and makes sure that you take it serious. When you drive with him he takes the approach of 1 teaching you but 2 putting you in situations so you feel like your lesson is the actual test.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for 2pm today. Driver never showed up. I called twice and each time they told me they would contact the instructor. I called for the 3rd time at around 3:15 and they did not answer the phone. Tried again, still no answer. Very disorganized and unprofessional. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Negative experience: WHEN I INITIALLY CALLED TO SCHEDULE I WAS EXPECTING TO GET DETAILED INFO ON RATES. INSTEAD OF BEING INFORMED, I HAD TO KEEP QUESTIONING THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PROCESS. NO PACKAGE DEALS WERE IN PLACE ,I WAS FINALLY TOLD THE AMOUNT PER HOUR THAT WAS TO BE PAID IN CASH ONLY. I WAS A LITTLE WEARY AFTER THE PHONE CALL BUT DECIDED TO OVERLOOK IT AND BOOK ANYWAY. MY SON'S APPT WAS FOR 9: AM FRIENDLY CALLED TO RESCHEDULE AND PUSH BACK THE TIME UNTIL 10:30 AM , I AGREED. AFTER HE WAS LATE EVEN STILL , I CALLED TO QUESTION HIS ARRIVAL TIME, HIS RESPONSE WAS RETURNED ARROGANTLY WITH "I'M ON MY WAY" WITH NO SPECIFIC TIME. WHEN ASKED FOR A TIME HE CONTINUED WITH "LOOK DO YOU WANT ME TO COME OR NOT, I SAID I'M ON MY WAY" NEEDLESS TO SAY MY ANSWER WAS "NO THANK YOU" VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, unorganized. Instructor was scheduled for a 9am lesson, but had to reschedule until 10:30am. Instrcutor never showed, when we called to see his estimated time of arrival the driver replied with a comment that was unnecessary and out of line. This kind of behavior should not be presented by a paid professional.
