Negative experience: Just watched one of their teachers break multiple traffic laws in a construction zone.

Fantastic experience: Extremely accommodating and aware of sports and school times. Great communication and understanding. Very courteous and willing to work with our times. I went with an open mind knowing that the scheduling would be difficult due to everyone trying to get their license fast and this is one of the best schools in the area if not the best, and I was impressed with the timeline they gave me. Thank you very much!!!!

Fantastic experience: Son did his 8 hours of driving instruction here (classroom stuff was done using an online course). They picked him up and dropped him off at home, and he was able to use their cone course up in Springboro when we were near there to practice before his actual test. He had no arguments, said the instructors were helpful, and he passed his test so it must have worked! Can't argue with the results.

Fantastic experience: Daughter took her driver's Ed here; the class format was great and schedule was flexible. We booked her in cars over the summer and she absolutely loved her instructor. Zero complaints; we'd highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have called several driving schools and out of all of them Bicks had by far the most helpful staff. Seems as they have around the best rate as well. The drive times I was told were further out but again same as I was told from the other driving schools (if they even answered their phone). Would recommend to others.

Negative experience: This company fails to tell you when making your down payment that the 8 hours of drive time is not included in the 24 hour learning. Not only is it not included, there is a 4 month waiting list to take the driving portion before they sign off. The children are not immediately rewarded after taking the class. It is July ,my son is not eligible to take his driving portion until November,and the availability is even more unreliable because driving needs to be done in the evening. This is lying by omission. They suggested my child miss school to take his 8 hours of learning. Staff is rude and appears to be unconcerned about the situation. I plan on letting my peers know to avoid this driving school with their children.. Hire more drivers and stop with the greed by taking on more than you can handle!

Negative experience: Office staff does not tell correct information. When confronted they become rude and tell the CUSTOMER who is basically paying their paychecks that they are lying. I do not recommend this driving school!! Customer service is not their speciality.

Negative experience: Be very careful when scheduling here. I wish I would have read the reviews first. My son did his driver's ed classes here and had no issues. After his classes we scheduled his in car sessions in April and there was nothing available until June(that's only because we signed up at Lebanon, otherwise it would be July)My son turns 18 in June so he doesn't have to have in car he just really wanted to do them. But he graduated high-school and ended up taking a job before he could actually even take the in car portion because they had to schedule so far out. I called to cancel them and was told ZERO refund would be given because they now can't give that spot to another kid. I called on Friday, May 13th to cancel and his first in car would have been June 9th. I feel that is plenty of time to fill that spot considering they must have a wait list because they need to schedule so far out anyway. I was also told the contract that I signed tells me I wouldn't get a refund. I feel this is very wrong, contract or not considering a good amount of notice time was given and its not because of some ridiculous excuse. My son physically won't be here to attend. He worked very hard to pay for his in-car himself and I can't believe he can't even get half of the payment back. I will not recommend any of my friend's kids to go here and anywhere I can leave a review I will so people realize they better not have anything important to come up. I think this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Negative experience: My 16 year old son was treated poorly. The communication was not there. The lady that took him the first day was rude an hateful to my son. We were told the next day the person would be different an it was the same rude lady. I would not recommend this place.

Negative experience: The driver never showed up on the first session. My child waited almost 2 hours. When I call the next day the receptionist said there was an over booking. No one called to let us know, nor did they offer a discount. All I got was a sorry.

Fantastic experience: Bick's driving School went out of their way to help my daughter get her certificate. We had a scheduling problem, the office staff and the owner himself made time to help her get her last two in cars sessions done. She took her driving test today and passed, thank you very much for the excellent customer service.

Negative experience: I signed my daughter up for the 8 hrs of in car driving. Shes 19 with little driving experience. I feel this was a complete waste of money. Shes no where near ready to drive. They told me they cover side roads and neighborhoods the 1st class. 2nd class was country roads. 3rd session city and 4th highway. She did side roads and city. I guess 2 out of 4 should be ok. It's not when u pay 450.00 for 8hrs. Unbelievable stupid of me to sign her up. The instructors are very rude.

Positive experience: Had a bad experience (described below) but Steve Tufts was an amazing instructor. He reached out to me about two weeks after posting this review. I'm thankful that Steve could help me. Too bad I couldn't give them zero stars... Called in January to sign up for adult abbreviated in cars. I called multiple days a week and left multiple voicemails and when someone finally answered, they said I couldn't schedule my class until I paid. Makes sense, so I paid $250 over the phone on February 20th. Since then, I have been calling multiple times A DAY trying to talk to someone and no one answers. I have left MULTIPLE voicemails trying to schedule my in car. Finally, on March 11th, I talked to someone and she said there is no record of my payment. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge and she said there is no one else available, despite the fact that I could hear her in the background of the phone call talking to someone named Kevin. She was of absolutely no help to me. Frustrated, I called back the next day and the same woman answered. I asked to speak to a manager and who gets on the phone? Kevin. After months of trying to schedule my in car, they told me that they do not even offer the adult in car anymore. I paid a month ago and they did not think to call me or let me know? Frustrated with the lack of customer service. Finally, I got my money refunded. Will never recommend this driving school again.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff and my daughter was very satisfied and scheduled her drivers test for this week ! Thank you Dave for giveing her knowledge and confidence for her test awesome and very quick to get stuff done

Negative experience: The Instructor did not interact with the class and just read the slides. didn't get what i usually get from the other locations. very disapointed
